Buy Aged Cubans Cigars Instead of Super Expensive Ones

- One of the things I've noticed in the last few years is that super expensive cigars have become so much more popular. The more expensive a cigar the more popular it is. For the most part, the extra expense doesn't generally mean a better smoke and it just ends up being a waste. Instead, I firmly believe it's better and smarter to purchase aged cuban cigars.
In this video we review the discontinued Diplomatico No.1 cigar.

hey usman great video. Was wondering if you might be able to do a video on how to properly shop for cigars online, what sites, what to look out for, good deals etc... Might be a cool switch up, a video to help some of the viewers who are newer to cigars like me, thanks!
Hey Usman. ITs been a number of years since I had a full box of the Diplimatico no.1s. Such an epic stick glamorous and mature profile. I could almost taste it when you were smoking o=yours in the video. I have been smoking a Trinidad’ Robusto Extra, Enjoy good Sir,.
All my favourite Cubans are aged regular produce. P2s, RA Small Clubs, Rio Seco, PLPC are all great with 5-8 years, just to name a few.
Sshhhhh Usman... Don't let them in on the secret!
Had the Diplomaticos No.2 but not the No.1 Will try to find a few to try now.
This is a great stick! Everyone should give it a smoke if they can get one!
diplomaticos are similar but a step down in strength...perhaps they use one-half less leaf of ligero
Great review my friend
I am amazed that you are at awe for an old Diplo and yet find a D4 subpar!
Great!
This right here
Interesting. Can you recommend a UK cigar auction site? How about Cigar Keep? Thanks.
Cigars auctions by Mitchell Orchant. One just ended and some incredible cigars went for sale and ended below retail.
Could you kindly tell me which cigars loose there flavor after 10 years
@@PalmaCigar just because he is young doesn’t means he knows nothing im 31 yesrs old got into cigars since i was 17 years old
That's why you should never smoke a Cuban cigar after purchasing it. You will taste the youth in it like burnt paper or ammonia.
Cuban's should be consumed at least 2-3 years after unless they already have been aged like this one.
Or just buy aged cigars in the firts place then they're ready to smoke immediately :).
@@cigarinspector2023 Absolutely
Can't find em
Discontinued in 2006
True aged cuban are amazing😉😍 have try Some Nice aged cigar Weird try a hoyo epicure 2 (17 year age) amazing cigar 95 point and a cohiba robusto (17 year age) okay flavor bit 89 point
Many People age cigars but they don't realize that they have been aged before you buy them.
Cubans aren’t, not like new worlds. You’d be lucky to get a box at retail with 1-2 years. Whereas new worlds tend to have been made with tobacco that has been aged for years.
@@frederickmooney2581 True about Cuban's.
They aren't the best cigars as People make them out to be.
I'm puffin a oliva v
Theyre all cubans with different bands!
I hate to agree but there's little difference between them all
@@munkbok I got a pack of (16) Vegueros recently that was 133 bucks and 9 months old. I smoked one right out of the pack, and it was off the chart good. I'm thinking the presentation is really what's changing when you go up in brand value. The leaves are better leaves, and the rollers take more care in rolling them. Is that worth paying an extra 40 bucks a stick? Not for me.
@@scottlucidi6476 I'm worried about getting any long filler Cuban because of how many are plugged these days
