- Found a new thrift store and the prices were good , I found lots of great stuff.
I did cross over to Value Village and videotaped it but for some reason it would not let me upload it so I had to cut it out of the video.🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

I love mixing in distressed pieces with my finer things just to tone it down a bit. I also do this to frames on artwork I Iove when the frame is dated. I also love when things transform easily and beautifully with just paints in my stash , stains or Rub n Buff. 👍 thats almost as fun as the hunt.

Oh I'm loving the frog vase! I collect frogs. Have you ever thought of making a picture for your kitchen? You can harvest pics from magazines & books. Even old calendars. Especially if you have frames already. I've done that many times. Have a great day!

Hi, you were in the area we call “thrifting alley”. Across from the Sally Ann you have V.V, but around the corner on Dixie there is Talize, Mission Thrift, and south of that, the only Toronto area Goodwill. It’s a full day adventure. Love the frog vase.

You really found several super items, I loved the little trinket dish with the ER , I love England !! can you go back and get the large fruit picture for me ?!? haha loved that too!! How long was you there? I can spend hours in antique stores.. our thrift shops around here are awful, maybe when I retire I can go often ,I thin that must be the key! when you said about cooking no one comes over, I would come over if I lived closer !! I started having Sunday meal once a month with siblings then Covid , so I really should get back doing that! Take care . Hugs Paula
