    The guitar and the piano solo is awesome. Trumpet guy only play altissimmo at times it is boring. too much prominence does not deserve it. Bravo! For the orchestra. The sax line is so good.

    That trumpet solo at 1:58 is the best one yet not featured. Don’t get me wrong, the other Maynard clones are great - incredible actually - but that one at 1:58 is original and deserved more recognition.

      Yeah it's sad how Wayne and Louis just talked through everyone else's solos and didn't care. I'm a trumpet player with a high ego too lol but I can still respect the other soloists

      Wayne will retire someday, sadly. Louis is his successor. Wayne used to play with Maynard a lot, and then he succeeded him. Louis is next.

    The eyes are on the two trumpets in the foreground. The outstanding solo is the possibly overlooked trumpet in the background. Not just altissimo screaming, but great solo construction. He deserves a raise!

    I think I’ve commented before, but I just have to say, this is probably my favorite RUclips video. I’ve watched it at least 50 times over the years, and it gets better every time. Also, it has the best version of the solos out of any of the other variants of this song.

    afgspecial....my friend...I actually think that Maynard was Wayne #2. I have always felt that Wayne was a little more "clean"
    on the scream notes......just my opinion.....which is worth very little. To be sure they both have been phoenominal....as is this fella Louis.......WOW
