    Players are totaly 🔥 after this specific warm up!
    Their performence with the ball will be way better after such an excellent warm up.

    This is a great intensity of improvements Dynamic exercises. The range of motion to the flexibility.

    It is a great general warming of joint mobility... in the specific part should always appear situations as real as possible with the ball

      Pelayo García García Exactly, I also miss the ball.. But, anyway.. I am not sure, that this type of warm-up is for 11-13 yrs (??) needed.. In this category I always preffer some "warming-up game".. 16 minutes without ball is too long time in children.. but it's just my opinion.. 😉

    These kids did not touch a ball, how is that soccer-specific?

      agreed....I've certainly changed my approach in the past 8 years or so. its definitely not soccer specific, perhaps more soccer appropriate. I've also collaborated with coaches to incorporate ball work. The mobility and dynamic flexibility pieces are certainly valuable and shouldn't be forgotten
