- Simple Passing SAQ Activity. We were actually testing a new wireless mic. It was very windy on the field so the sounds quality isn't great. However its still a good activity to observe

how can you post something with a bad bad bad sound
I see problems with players that don't do the drills how they suppose to i have same problem with some if my players so i put the ones that give it there all together and i put the one's that dont together
It will look better when you're watching but from a coaching perspective this is not a spirit for developing young players. As a coach your role is to develop them or allow them to develop not look for perfection. Try mixing them up more frequently , that way they'll definitely get better but you have to encourage the ones that don't do the drills better to come for extra training either before your training or after your training. Also invest in them as much as they're investing on you. If you are coaching in a club. Take video footage and show them , what you expect from them and what they need to practice on...Practice Doesn't make perfect practice makes permanent.
