- Welcome back! This is my 2006 Honda TRX450R. My favorite machine of all time! It's great for wheelies, drifting, racing, trail riding, and even sand dunes! Today we change out the tires, the engine oil and then we ride!

The trx450r is a better quad then it’s 700 counter part in my opinion not to mention I’ve smoked the trx700 on my 450 prob not too end I don’t think but the 450 jumps out harder and accelerates faster witch definitely makes the 450 faster in the woods and it’s more stable all the way. As far as best all round quad is most definitely a raptor 700 it’s beat out all its competition it’s ever had including the trx700 and has moved up to being the best selling sport quad of all time. Not to mention that real sport quads have straight axials. It’s better for counters and turns cause it slides and it just the fun factor witch really is the reason sport quads exist.
So you saying raptor 700 over trx 450? I’m torn just want to have some fun trails etc
@@5.0_meatballmarinarayou won’t be disappointed with either of them quads two of the best, I had both and I can’t pick a better one like comparing a apple to a orange. But you can’t buy a new TRX450 anymore but they still make the Raptor 700R so personally I’d go raptor for that reason, I think 2014 was the last TRX450.

Nice video! You shouldnt do single track trails ona 4 wheeler tho you can hit logs cut just wide enough for a dirtbike and get slamed into the handlebars

Cool video; I wish my surrounding area provided all those trails you have access too.. LOL... Hey, what Go-Pro mount did you use on your helmet; I did a quick search but didn't find one that mounts directly under the visor like that. I like the mouth guard mount, but I feel like your Go-Pro is better protected up top where you have yours.
One more question if you don't mind, I just bought a 2014 TRX450R, it's bone stock, super low hours, the guy bought it for his wife and she wouldn't ride it, said it was too much machine. When I start out in first gear, it takes way more throttle than my son's Suzuki LTZ400 to get going, is that normal for the TRX450R? If I don't provide enough throttle, it will bog down or kill the engine. It's night and day starting out on my son's LTZ vs my TRX... Once I'm rolling there doesn't seem to be an issue, other than the machine not liking slow speed cruising, I totally get it's a race quad, but I can cruise so much easier on the LTZ. I just feel like there's something amiss; but this is my first bike, and I don't know anyone else with a TRX to compare it too.
Does the trx roll smoothly, you should be able to push it in neutral with ease. But congrats on the new quad ! 2014 is the last year they made them. Especially in clean condition that’s a rare quad

@@anthonycollazo891 I’ve been looking for a nice 450r. Sadly the ones I’ve found are ragged out and want to much for them. So now I’m going to buy a Yamaha 700R Raptor. One day I’ll run up on a nice one. I have a Honda rubicon dct and power steering bought new. And a Honda rincon. I find myself getting a bit to aggressive on both lol. Those are both my hunting rigs.
