Hey little bro, just a little advice for you. Learn as much as you can about diesel mechanics. Read books watch RUclips videos etc. The more you know about maintaining your truck the more money 💰 you keep.
Think about owning your own truck. Learn about the different types of semi trucks and engine such as their advantages and disadvantages.
Lastly, put God first and all things are possible. Hope that helped be blessed bro.
@ jalin barcus alot of people don't know, bit however you can get a C.D.L license at 18 years old. Start early, make sure you attend at state funded college for training its cheaper. Don't sign up with a company that wants you to stay with them for a year if they train you. You can go through whats call a W.I.O.A Program through you local employment service and they will pay for your training. If you don't go that route try South Eastern Freight ways they have a driver training program program. Just sharing what I know, I was a C.D.L Instructor Instructor at my local college. Keep GOD first and stay positive, may GOD continue to bless you and your family ✝️❤😊!!!

Set your sights and follow your dream to be a truck driver. Learn the business and companies out there. Perhaps having a goal to earn your own Cab / truck and own your own business may be more lucrative. Lastly invest a portion of your income for retirement and don't get addicted to the road especially if you start a family. Then you may have to do local runs or tri-state runs. Meaning to the neighboring 2 States in all directions your state. Learn how to claim ALL your expenses on your taxes. You should do well and set yourself up for life after driving.
Just subscribed to your channel as a driver with over 20 years driving and 30 years in the industry I commend you for being a professional commercial driver. I work in safety for a trucking company, and applaud your driving skills and your attention to detail for trip planning. I wish more drivers would realize the importance of trip planning. Norman did a great job as your trainer. Stay safe and if you need any advice or safety tips please feel free to ask.

I been home since December 16. My wife had emergency surgery on the 17th and on Christmas Eve. She is doing much better so I may be going back out in a couple of weeks.
Nice to see you back in the Charger. I'm more a tuner guy myself. I prefer little pocket rockets. I just started trucking. First week was a headache, but second week is going ok. I'm just rolling with the punches.

I never start my truck before I dipped the oil if it's been turned off for one day or 10 days pull back the hood and check the coolant and the engine oil😊

Keep up the good work with your truck driving representing women especially women of color. Please look into speaking to youth of color about being a truck driver. You will be great speaking at career day / schools / churches / juvenile detention centers. Lastly tell me more about that Green Monster you're driving in the video. I'm 57 and you're inspiring me to go get one and sound like that since I'm retiring soon.

A suggestion to you for cutting those heavy duty wire seals is called "tin snips". Google the image. I use them for those wire cable seals. Bolt cutters just mash the wire but tin snips cut it easily.
Buy the yellow handle one they are for straight cut. The blue or red handle ones cut curves in the tin. Any of them will work during the cables.

As far as your audio goes you can use an external mic and then link it up in your photo editor to sync it to the video you don't have to use microphone that pairs to the GoPro you can use any external recording mic and then sync it together editing software if you have other questions and if I can help let me know

My wife Sherry was a gadget person, you look just like her when I first meet her. Matter of fact this is her tablet, I just keep her name on it. Out of respect to my wife, who pass on back in 2022. Back in desert storm I delivered the first satellite to Canada we went to NASA and picked it up. We even delivered a furniture load to trump towers I queens and trump had us deliver several loads of free watermelons in queens. We didn't have no problem getting rid of those. It was easy fun. And good drivers.

i don't understand why OTR truckers have apartments and stuff they have to pay everything it would be cheaper to put everything in storage and get a hotel room for 2 or 3 days when you come in to town, long term is a cheap camper and some land you can get to with your truck but don't waste money are big apartment notes, car note's, just save your money while your OTR and get an uber or rent a car for 2 days while your home its cheaper then a note the interest and insurance not to mention its not good for vehicles to sit for weeks at a time.
