Honestly, despite the controversy of the movie, you gotta admit this is a damn fine final swing. Feels like its out of a big budget film, i hope the final swing for the next mcu Spider-Man movie is like this. The music, the effects, the swinging itself, all phenomenal. And honestly, its not a bad movie for what it is, a fan made film that someone put a lot of work into, its not like these are professional writers here. Overall, i dont hate it when i remember that.

I disagree, it’s an amazing swing and scored beautifully but the movie was telling him to not take his friends for granted. Dude calling this final swing deserved is like calling the death of Gwen Stacy in The amazing Spider-Man 2 deserved. It's rushed inconsistent with the rest of the story. It feels tacked on like they just wanted to emulate the raimi movies. Think about it why does Pete swing off when he should have been at the coffee shop with his friends to say goodbye to flash? It makes zero sense.

Also why the hell did establishing shots of NYC last 30 seconds, genuinely you could've cut 40 mins out of this movie easily with those establishing shots and long pointless scenes of Harry walking

Like almost the whole part where Gwen was still alive, he looked pissed and showed barely any emotion on his face. Eye rolling and sighing and looking the other way, is not a sign of good acting. Even the part where he brings Gwen home, he talks to here as if he is annoyed by her. And I feel that there is no chemistry between those two. It's very unclear through the performance that he and the Gwen actress is giving. And i think it's mostly because of the bad direction that Gavin gave them on how to act in a certain way. And Gavin is also inexperienced in being a director, so that explains a lot. If you think the acting is good. Then good for you. 👍 But I have to agree to disagree on that one.
