I've always wondered why p*rn was so readily available and as long as you have wifi, you're good to go. However with gambling, you need ID and then go through a verification process to prove your age etc. I believe this is intentional as it is far easier to control a society full of weak men.

as a man who is about to turn 53, I am finding I am trying to recover from almost a whole life-time of 'busting too many nuts'...I have not 'busted a nut' since September 1st and I have found out that while I am feeling that exhaustion, I am hoping I can still recover some of my energy eventually. I hope it's not too late for me...thank you for this.
You'll be fine as long as you're exercising so you'll have more energy, and exercising will transmute your untapped sexual energy. On long streaks, you'll 100% become a force to be reckoned with. You may not notice the gradual changes, but trust me, other people will notice/feel the changes within you.
Day 21, feeling super energetic in the mornings when I wake up, which translates to better workouts later in the day. Everyone should at least give this practice a shot, it can be truly revolutionary. 💥

The sad fact is that any male who started busting nuts at puberty and has done so regularly ever since is a victim of his own prolactin, which has has kept him in a weak pussified state and prevented him from ever experiencing true high-testosterone masculinity that is every man's birthright. If you slip, continue with your next streak immediately, without any binge or delay. You will have lost little progress. Pat yourself on the back for each streak and never beat yourself up. Your streaks between slips should get longer and longer, and you'll feel better and better (physically, mentally, and spiritually). Eventually, you'll know when you're ready and eager to embrace not doing it anymore and can consider your retention a done deal.
The key to this is moderation. I have gone to the deep in with this. And it's been my observation that the benefits diminish long term. Find your number that works for you, and intermittently work this. I have noticed the benefits are more sustained. I key is #1 release..Then continue...

I've recently quit caffeine and no longer take pre workout b4 the gym it was causing me to relapse on my semen retention streaks non stop cuz it gave me crazy urges so now that I've made it past the caffeine withdrawals and retaining my natural energy I feel way more hyped to hit the gym naturally without needing any pre workout and I can truly feel like I'm properly transmuting my sexual energy and I'm feeling the most benefits more potentially without caffeine

@Remember-Death yeah quitting caffeine sucks I went cold turkey and it was horrible the first week but semen retention definitely helps speed up the withdrawals so as long as ur retaining and staying off caffeine it'll prolly take like a week or 2 to fully get over the withdrawals I still felt the withdrawals on the 2nd week but it wasn't as bad as the first week I was able to get in pretty decent workouts thx to semen retention but after that second week you'll feel like a kid again just bursting with natural and lasting energy and sleep like a baby every night

You diet makes a difference as well, eat lots of red meat, work those muscles, stay away from carbs and soy. Something not mentioned is the addiction to a dopamine release, that is also a big part of it.
I have noticed the spiritual connection to sexual energy aswell. I remember a time where it almost felt like I was being guided because I had such clarity in every action I took. I was calm, collected, and sure in myself that God had my back so I kept working hard on what I set my mind to. This allowed me to get my job, my girlfriend, and social respect. Now one of the things I notice is a lack of that spiritual connection I once had. Stresses of real life combined with busting nuts because of sex and masturbation has led me to operate on a lower spiritual frequency. I am in a rut with brainfog working a 9-5, holding onto dear life to keep everything together. This is a position I have never been in because now, I have somebody else to think about. How would you go about retaining that spiritual energy while engaging in love making with a partner? Is there a clear solution or do I need to have some difficult conversations?
There are several you can do. 1. Learn to control arousal have sex without releasing. 2. Have sex & release consciously (every 2 weeks let’s say) 3. Don’t have sex Moral of the story. Learn to control your arousal and you won’t face this problem anymore.

A year is great, and it's as easy to do as eight months. You'll never have to release again, until and unless you want to.
