    🍝 Ingredients (3-4 servings):
    400g (14oz) spaghetti
    Cook al dente
    400 g (14 oz) shrimp (16/20, frozen)
    1 teaspoon Baking powder
    Salt, pepper and paprika
    Mix well and let rest for 5-7 minutes
    olive oil
    50g (1 tbsp) butter
    1 head of garlic, finely chopped
    Fry shrimp for 2-3 minutes
    1 shot of whiskey
    ‼️Attention: Be careful when using the flambé technique!
    Allow the alcohol to evaporate
    Remove the pan from the fire
    Juice of 2 lemons
    Let the juice boil
    Gradually add 200 g (2 pieces) of butter and stir
    salt and pepper
    fresh parsley, chopped
    Mix well over low heat
    Add noodles and fried shrimp
    Sprinkle with some lemon peel

    300 g (10.5 oz) spaghetti (durum wheat)
    Cook al dente
    olive oil
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    200 g (7 oz) Datterini tomatoes, halved
    a pack of fresh spinach
    Pasta water
    150g (5.2oz) buratta
    Salt, pepper and olive oil
    ✅ Mash the buratta with a fork and mix
    ✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
    ✅ Add the sauce to the pan and mix everything well
    ✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!

    🍝 Ingredients (3-4 servings):
    300g (10.5oz) spaghetti
    Cook al dente
    200g (7oz) pancetta
    Roast for 2-3 minutes
    1 shallot, chopped
    2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    1 eggplant, diced
    1 pepper, diced
    10-12 mushrooms, diced
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    400 g (2 cups) tomato sauce
    Salt, pepper, oregano
    Pasta water
    ✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
    ✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
    ✅ Before serving, grated Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.
