Really nice build! Personally i would have put the 2x 140mm fans in the front (which should be possible without removing that lower plate) and the 2x 120mm fans in the top. Just to every so slightly balance incoming / outgoing air a bit more. Plus it isn't as cramped up top with the 120s.
I started watching you, Paul and Jay build computers and thought is looked like a lot of fun. I started getting parts to do my first build, which i finished a few weeks ago. My first build has been running great and since then i've built two more computers, one for my father-in-law and one for my son. i have found so much pride in doing these builds and them posting, or them not posting and being able to troubleshoot what the problem is and get it working. I just want to say thanks for helping me find something that is really fun to do.
Can I ask how you were able to reach the screw to remove the plate on the psu shroud to install the 3rd fan? I can't get to it because of the frame of the case is right on top of it.

You can still get the 3rd fan in there. The HDD cage slides back and the fan fits. I recommend getting that 3rd fan installed as the GPU puts out a decent amount of heat. One of the top fans - the one towards the front - should also be set as an intake or the top intake fan will be useless - it would blow air in and straight back out. I jumped to the Meshify S2 to get a bit more breathing room. Good looking build

Old comment, but yeah. If the fans are plain and there is no radiator there, save the money and leave the top blank. With the fans in front, on the CPU cooler, and in the back, there is an effective wind tunnel. I'm using ARGB fans in mine so all spots are occupied, but only the front, CPU, and rear fans adjust speed with CPU temps. The top fans are always at their lowest speed to minimize their effect on airflow. If it weren't for the lights the top would be empty. I wish the Meshify C came with the solid insert option the Define C has to better facilitate the no top fan setup.
