Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 Humacao Park Royal Homestay Club Cala Timeshare Review - 2 Bedroom Unit - Harbor Villas
Location: 40 minutes from San Juan Luis Marin Intl Airport, 50 Palmes Inn Way, Humacao, PR 00791
I, KoriBori, travel the world & I own some timeshares that allows me to stay at timeshares around the world.
Today I am reviewing my 2 Bedroom
Harbor Villas unit that sleeps 6 adults - two on the King bed in one bedroom and 2 on each single bed in the second bedroom and 2 on the queen pullout sofa in the living room.
Things I like about this unit & property:
The View of Marina
Proximity to the beach
Shuttle service anywhere on Palmes del Mar property (it’s huge)
Patio/Sun porch
Spaciousness
All tile floors
Nice granite bathroom sinks & kitchen counter
Laundry soap All Free & Clear 👍
Things I didn’t like about this unit & property:
Cheap Corelle dinnerware plates - I would suggest a higher end stoneware or ceramic would be more matching of the location
No salad plates
Beautiful view from living room ruined by installation of one small window 3 feet wide on a 14 foot wall which faces the nice view.
Twin beds instead of another King bed
Some rooms will only have pool or garden view
Furnishings dated & cheap
Cannot easily turn off Air Conditioning even though they ask you to do so when doors/windows open
Outdoor loungers & chairs need nice cushions.
Televisions are cheap & outdated need updating. Signal is weak at times & becomes pixelated or no signal.
Sweeping grounds using leaf blower outside units a large part of the morning ruining the quiet ambiance of the setting. Please just manual sweep.
Large garbage cans placed outside of each unit front door cheapens the look of the resort. Suggest just collecting with guest call-in service.

My family owned a timeshare right where you're standing at the beginning of the video just to the left of the white traffic lines. It was room 1037, and we owned it for over 20 years. From 1988 until we sold it in 2008. I haven't been there in 15 years, but I remember it like it was yesterday. I was there for a week or two weeks every February for 20 years in a row, only missing 2002, after 9/11. As I said we sold it in 2008, and my grandparents who owned it are deceased now. It's unlikely I'll ever be back here again as I'm unable to travel due to physical limitations, but I sure am keeping the dream alive, and I thank you for taking me back to the best days of my life for 8 minutes.

Hello Kori!!! I just wanted to ask you about the location, people made comments on how far is from everything!! Beach, City, restaurants etc!! My wife and daughter are trying to book a trip to PR and this place looks good but I’m not sure about convenience!! Thank u

Hi there! (local here) Riomar in Rio Grande is a similar concept just 30 minutes from San Juan (and beaches are much better there), enjoy your vacation
