I'm retired at 37, went from Grace to Grace. This video here reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, honest wife and 35k biweekly and a good daughter full of love ❤
I raised 75k and Claudia Ann Brandon is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car 🚗 just last weekend, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in dept then told me about her and how to change my life through her. Claudia A Brandon is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good wife, and a beautiful daughter. Note!:: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!
Thank you for this!! I'm 61, and about to start divorce proceedings. EVERYTHING in my life is about to change and I'm ready to embrace change and find myself again in 2025!

@@johnurban7333 thanks for your support. Luckily he is a reasonable man and we have agreed on everything so now it’s just the point of filing the papers. Believe me the last thing I’m on earth I’m looking for right now is a relationship. It’s just time to take care of me and spend time with friends.
Retired at age 53, I am in my early 60s. Because they couldn't understand the idea of not working if you don't have to, many individuals resisted me. I viewed my life in phases. In my latter years, I owe it to myself to "stop and smell the roses," even if I have worked hard to get everything I have now. My situation is that I retired and moved to Latin America. It made it possible for me to enjoy my new surroundings while escaping all the bad things that were going on in America. None of the people I've met regret retiring.
Nice way to retire. For me, I believe retirees who struggle to meet their basic needs are the ones who could not accumulate enough money during their active years to meet their needs. Retirement choices determine a lot of things. My wife and I both spent same number of years in the civil service, she invested through a wealth manager and myself through the 401k. We both still earning after our retirement fund has grown way more than it would have with just the 401(k). Haha.
It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $30k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.

Perfect timing. 2025 is my “Year of No”…no to what no longer serves me and will not enhance my health and the support of my dreams. Became ill shortly before a trip to Germany, so I delayed it by two days. Now, here on vacation, I developed a tooth infection, but immediately saw a dentist and received medication. I turned down a side trip with my partner so that I could heal by extra sleep, lots of water, a visit to the local spa and, thanks to this video, setting a timer to write for 20 minutes each day. I have a half-written short story waiting to be completed. I love the characters and they are alive for me. Through my first visit to the spa, I started to see this short story as a television series. I started to see side stories coming off the main plot. Now it’s time to get all of this down on paper. I’ve always wanted to be a writer and I have limited myself to business communication instead of creative communication. This is my time! Thank you.
I also have worked in not drinking beer at home like I have been since I was 18. It’s very difficult but now mainly drink less than 6 pack a weekend. Best part is I’ve lost 10lbs and feeling better. Now focusing my energy on my better health
That’s great! May I ask why not stop all together. For me the “one” with friends would slowly creep up to old bad habits. They say any amount of drinking is poisonous ❤
@@denisericcardi4902 I enjoy a glass of wine with a nice meal. I don't want to ban myself from ever enjoying that on a rare occasion. Thank you! Super useful and in time )) I'm 47. I'm single with a child, starting a new career in a new country using a language that I'm learning on the go. Every day, I feel like I'm going through a dark forest, and a video like this makes me see my way clearer. So, thank you, Kim. And all the best in a New Year!
I really need to to change my inner talk about my self. I need to get rid of all the negative talk especially that talk that was reinforced and imposed by my mother and other abusers that were in my life.
It *is* very possible to do this! 🥰 Becoming aware of the self talk is key, and then consciously (through affirmations and other affirming talk) plus subconsciously (through hypnosis, EFT tapping, NLP) rewiring the unconscious patterns. Think of yourself like a computer and you’re downloading/upgrading to new software because the old software/programs no longer work for you. 🤗 I love the book by Shad Helmstetter called, “What to Say When You Talk to Yourself.” Sending you positive energy!! 💫
Wow... Amazing! Best of the best! Steps I made during the video: I wrote 90% of my future self's letter. I will polish it and transform it to audio, to hear it daily while I walk to work. Second, I downloaded the workbook. Third, I just suscribed to your channel. And I will watch your content! You are truly amazing. Thanks! I've had wonderful years, but now starts the best year of my life till now.
Financial planning and retirement strategies are crucial, especially in today's economic climate. With global economic fluctuations and uncertainties, it's essential to have a solid plan in place to protect your financial future.
with the ever-changing global economy, tax laws and regulations can also vary, impacting how investments are taxed. It's essential to stay informed and plan strategies accordingly.
the strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skills and knowledge
It's crucial for individuals to diversify their portfolios, seek professional financial advice, and stay informed about market trends to navigate these challenges effectively.
Agreed, I've always delegated my excesses to an advisor, since suffering major portfolio loss early 2020, amid covid outbreak. I'm now semi-retired and only work 7.5 hours a week, with barely 25% short of my $1m retirement goal after subsequent investments to date.
My CFA, Joseph Nick Cahill has assisted me in doing that effectively, he is a renowned figure in his field. I recommend researching his name online; you'll find all his credentials and everything you need to work with a reliable professional. With many years of experience, he is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Dear Dr Kim Foster. I’m new here. I found your video really very inspiring. I’m saying goodbye to the old version of myself today and embracing the new me. A confident, respectful and charismatic man. Thanks ever so much.
Love seeing a Doctor that is not conventional. Sharing yourself as a humble, kind and not part of the "Norm" refreshing for sure! Congratulations on not following the standard western medicine and focusing on the whole person. A thought, a decision and a belief is incredibly powerful. Brovo!
So this video came as an amazing gift. Sending gratitude from Romania. This video is like a 24 h coaching session, so much structure, just bliss. Thank you Universe, thank you Christmas, thank you dear Kim. 🎉🎉🎉 Ok so my first step is to drink water. Thank you so so much, you are amazing!!!!❤❤❤
Say something good to myself every day. Replace negative terms with more positive descriptions to help me improve in the future. To become the identity I wannabe.
Glad I found this video. I took notes and am excited for 2025! One goal for me is discipline. Thank you for sharing the cute cuts at the end showing that you are human and reinforcing that even influencers are not perfect. That makes me feel better about also not being perfect. :-)
So great to run across your video. . I've been wondering "what's happening to me?" And "why do I feel so different compared to years past". I'm 53 and might be going through some mid-life crisis but I've also had some major life events happen in the last 18mos. Bottomline is I've lost that vision of myself that has always gotten me through struggles, both personal & professional. I'm PAINFULLY struggling with how to get that back. Thank you for your confirmation and insight! 🙏💪❤
Thank you Kim and bless you for this message 😊. Another great video Dr. Kim. 2025 will be a year of big changes for me as I will be starting the year retired, or what I prefer to think of as CEO of my own time. I am excited to start this new chapter of my life and will definitely be following these steps. Thank you.
Thank you Dr. Foster for sharing such an important point. It's generally overlooked, the all important significance of identity, but I agree is the true core of change. The first domino so to speak. I subscribed and look forward to gaining more insight from you. Continued success
I’m a spiritual person, but hiding it, even if everyone knows/ might know. I will download your workbook and let you help me find my new identity and who I really want to be at this time of my life.
Thank you Dr. Kim, this video came exactly at the right time. Being in remission from stage 3 ca for 5 years, fear, inconsequence, depressive phases, procrastination, my old BED and severe weight gain have taken over. I KNOW what I'm supposed to do, but I have been struggling immensely with coming into action. Thank you so much for this input. Warm regards from Vienna, Austria.
FABULOUS video! Thank you for sharing this! Identity is one of the most powerful forces in our lives, and this video does a fantastic job of explaining why. I look forward to reinventing myself in 2025 and making big changes. Starting with small habits... ☺
Truly inspirational thank you. My one step is to write in detail, my future self and write three affirmations to turn my limiting beliefs into reinforcing mantras.
I loved this - 1. listened to the video and took notes 2. Got the book at the Library - Tiny Habits 3. Choose one thing to practice 4. Subscribed to your channel
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and the different steps on the way to the final goal. My vision has been there for a while. Today, thanks to your channel, I will start by writing a letter from my future self to my olf self. Best to you and greetings from Germany
Kim really is the new Mel Robbins for me. Down to earth and evidence based. My changes are actually daily scheduling in actions that follow my heart. ty Kimbo.
So I’ve kinda started my journey, now 6 days in and that to become sober curious. Today, as part of my sober curious journey I’ll listen to my favourite related podcast Take a Break by Rachel Hart. Thank you for you wisdom, encouragement and compassion. People like you change ye world for the better.
Hello to everyone reading this. Right now, I'm inconsolable. My ex-partner left a few weeks ago, and I am heartbroken and saddened since this relationship is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Although I tried, I was unable to win him back. I don't know what to do, but I shouldn't be posting this here.
Since my 12-year relationship ended, I know how hard it is to say goodbye to someone you love. But I couldn't just let him go, so I did everything I could to win him back. I finally went to a spiritual counsellor for guidance, and he helped me win back his love.
So many nuggets of wisdom and knowledge,,,Small habits done consistently have the power to shape/change your life,,,Don't let your old self/identities define your future,,
My journey? Visualize the change. Every time I wake up, go to bed take a shower exercise, fall down, make a mistake, meet new people, I visualize my goals. When ..by myself I say it out loud when driving I’ll say it out loud. And fully expect it is a one year or even five year process. I am what I visualize myself to be and nothing is easy but, it’s like writing a book, put the first line down on 14:33 the page and then begin improving. Self hypnosis with out external validation.
Glad I found you. I've read and listened to tons of books and videos on change, beliefs and habits. Still digging and will always. I'm looking for a system. Great content. thank you very much Dr. Kim Foster. Subscribed and following.
I’m on a journey to lose 45kg. I’m already 15kg down. Although training is hard I have only missed 2 days since October. I’m finding inner strength and self belief 😍
Atomic Habits by James Clear correlates well with this video as well as a book called the Compound Effect. I have been working on a book relating to my fitness journey of losing 50 pounds, so seeing my identity as a writer has really helped me. Thanks for the great video.
I have a favourite plant in my garden which was given to me by my Dad 24 years ago. It is featured on my youtube logo and in many of my garden videos. I pruned the roots and the branches in late September and it dropped all it's leaves early. I know it's still alive because it has green buds at the ends of the branches. Hopefully it will grow in 2025 :)
I always have thought of myself as not much of a reader and i know this is holding me back, as i know leaders are readers. Im I'm going to change that self-talk and read 15 minutes a day. Thanks, Dr. Kim!
My next step is going to be writing a letter to myself! I enjoyed pausing to to take notes and writing down habits during this video. Another mindset note I'm going to practice is self compassion - being grateful for who I am today, because this version of me is the one doing the hard work of becoming the next level version of me. She is enough, she's just getting better and better!
My problem is I like being who I am. But in the eyes of people I know, I should be doing and acting like they are. I enjoy the freedom to do what I want when I want. My structure is to have structure when I want it. I’ve watched many videos like this and have tried to do these things but then felt I wasn’t myself. I was structured all my working life but it’s the freedom of life that has made me the happiest I’ve ever been. Great video and I may try some of these things
Thank you Dr. Kim for this video. I plan to change jobs in 2025 and I would like to wish all viewers to fulfill their dreams in the New Year. Beata from Poland. 🌲🥳🎉💃🕺🌲🥰🎄

From the 1.st of January next year Kimberly every day I look into the mirror saying " From this year I am becoming more and more successful in my life" and I will keep doing it every day in the next coming 365 days of 2025. Once a day.
Thank you Dr. Foster! I’m so glad I came across your channel… You’re right, I have let fear control the narrative of my life. I am tired of living a lifeless existence… I’m changing my life because I know more is out there for me🙋🏽♀️
Amazing advice Kim. Always struggled with living int he past too much and getting to old to keep worrying about this. Aiming to just let go, give myself some kindness and forgiveness and forge a new me!.. This video has helped me with quick simple changes to what has been a previously negative approach to change. Thank you ;-)
Thank you for making the download process so straightforward and simple. Many people usually tie you up trying to sell and subscribe you with so many "offers" that I give up. Once again, thank you.
I have slowly been lossing myself. Thank you for this video, it has given me the steps to fully embrace the changes that I am making to become who want to be.
This is inspiring. A lot of people are unwilling to change but I have always thought that if there is a better way, I will change. I need to get my weight in check so I will commit to drinking more water and seek out help. I don’t want to go the drug route so I will need to get my disciplined self back. This year is a year of change for me. My husband is in memory care and my goal is to downsize and move into a small space. I also had to put volunteering and belonging to clubs on hold. I will look into getting back into some actives.
Thanks Doc! Fab coaching! I'm like an innocent kitten so the Alter Ego of a wise ferocious (when necessary) Lion works for me. I also DROPPRD-OFF EVERY jealous envious negative NON-encouraging "so-called Friend" who tried to chain me DOWN to my old self. BEST MOVE EVER! Free to Be The New Me!! I recently had a thought, The more I do, the more I can do. It is now my essential mantra and is driving a lot of positive change.
LOVE THIS POWERFUL AFFIRMATION! 👌🏼🙏🙏
Wow...
Brovo!
I really appreciate that! 🙏
It has come at the most appropriate time. 76 going on 77 is never too late to start enjoying every thought feeling word and action and see the ripples of blessings radiating out from every pebble I drop into the pool we call life. Love ❤️ Abundance Health Light Joy Appreciation Gratitude and Peace to you and all your readers to accelerate our recreation of heaven here on our beloved Gaia.🎉😊❤
Today i will look again at this and will write the steps down and my vision of my future self. I am 64 and i want to enjoy the rest of my live.
Another great video Dr. Kim. 2025 will be a year of big changes for me as I will be starting the year retired, or what I prefer to think of as CEO of my own time. I am excited to start this new chapter of my life and will definitely be following these steps. Thank you.
I'm always here for you and your my friend and lover of US
Thank you Dr. Foster for sharing such an important point. It's generally overlooked, the all important significance of identity, but I agree is the true core of change. The first domino so to speak. I subscribed and look forward to gaining more insight from you. Continued success
Starting daily journaling and setting goals for 2025. Have the 6 steps written down and I'll look at them to redefine myself.
I’m a spiritual person, but hiding it, even if everyone knows/ might know. I will download your workbook and let you help me find my new identity and who I really want to be at this time of my life.
I’m starting with my end goal in mind and working backwards (baby steps) with actionable steps that are achievable! 🙌🏼
Listening to this podcast all the way through is my first step!!!
You are being reborn. 🎉blessings to you, make it wonderful journey!!!
FABULOUS video! Thank you for sharing this! Identity is one of the most powerful forces in our lives, and this video does a fantastic job of explaining why. I look forward to reinventing myself in 2025 and making big changes. Starting with small habits... ☺
I want to get rid of external validation, seeking approval and being calm internally
Truly inspirational thank you. My one step is to write in detail, my future self and write three affirmations to turn my limiting beliefs into reinforcing mantras.
I love that! That's a great way to create a vision for your future.
releasing trying to control everything is the one. gamechanger for me, Kim. Thank you!

It's fascinating! How did you locate a spiritual counsellor and how can I get in touch with one most effectively?
Father Obah Eze is a wonderful spiritual counselor who has the ability to bring back your ex.
Thank you for sharing this valuable insight. I just looked father obah eze up, and I'm genuinely impressed.
Thank you. I am starting on downloading your free workbook and step #1. You have a new subscriber; a 71-year-old subscriber. ;)
I’m 62 and I too am ready to reinvent myself let’s become something amazing in 2025!! You go sister🎉
I agree - you go girls! 👍🏻❤️
I am going to spend my time more productively on things that serve my goals. Thank you
Very happy to have stumbled upon this video! I AM going to download your workbook!
So glad it resonated with you! I hope it helps you on your journey! 😊
Thank you for sharing this. I'm on my way but still struggling with my self-talk. Also in big need of environment change ✨️
I'm so happy it resonated with you! You're amazing!
My one step is to take action on the great ideas that I heard in this amazing episode! Thank you Kim!
curating a supportive environment
I think I start tell myself I became more organized I never thought about it this way before, that I great inside ❤thank you
Aprender sobre neuroplasticidad es un game changer. Great video.
I’m making some subtle baseline shifts in both my personal and professional spaces as headwinds increase for those of us who are business owning healthcare providers.
From the 1.st of January next year Kimberly every day I look into the mirror saying " From this year I am becoming more and more successful in my life" and I will keep doing it every day in the next coming 365 days of 2025. Once a day.
I will write the letter from my future self ❤
Thank you Dr. Foster!
I’m so glad I came across your channel… You’re right, I have let fear control the narrative of my life. I am tired of living a lifeless existence… I’m changing my life because I know more is out there for me🙋🏽♀️
I'm cheering you on! 🙌
So over living in the loop..soo ready for a reinvention transition
Amazing advice Kim. Always struggled with living int he past too much and getting to old to keep worrying about this. Aiming to just let go, give myself some kindness and forgiveness and forge a new me!.. This video has helped me with quick simple changes to what has been a previously negative approach to change. Thank you ;-)
Thanks Kim, from Venezuela, it was a wonderful video. I will do my best effort.
Reinventing myself has had its up and downs. But I came across this vid and I like your approach. Starting now to follow your tips. Thanks!
Restore my confidence & self worth. Taking small steps ever, thank you for this video!
I'm so glad this video can be a part of your journey! 😊
One thing today towards my future self is having subscribed!
I turned this own and I felt like God was using you to speak to me... it is time to redo the way I look at my life
This is inspiring.
I believe that my thoughts will change my life. I commit to meditate and visualize daily
Absolutely helpful 🎉🎉🎉 fixing oneself is a journey that has ups and downs and gratitude plays a big role in making it a reality .
Thank you perfect next step to get specific now 😊
I will NEVER miss Them because they choose to be THE SAME UNIMPROVED VERSION ofThemselves. Good Riddance!
Just found you today Dr. Frost! Really look forward to more of your coaching ! Thank you❤
