    My 80 year old Dad was just showing me a wall sit and explained that if you don't have equipment, you can do this for 2 minutes. I decided to show him what else you can do without equipment, so I made him do this video with me. He said after "I feel so good after doing this!" I said "Me too, Dad!". 😊

    I find this video very effective and great for those days when I am impatient and want to just get it done and thanks to your arm videos I actually held the plank. It’s lot for me to manage plank. Thanks for the great videos❤

    This was great. My elbow sprain is still hurting but i was able to get some ROM movement on the affected side and some muscle endurance on the other. It feels better to get some safe and gentle movement. Hopefully I can get back to weights soon!

    This was a good arm workout after been sick for 3 weeks I also did a 4 k walk in the morning wasn’t sure if I felt like doing after as I felt a bit weak but I ended up doing it tonight at 9pm thank you Chris

    I’m not of fan of the effects of age & gravity on my arms so I loved this one & I’m going to do it frequently. It’s a tough 10 minutes but I love that burning feeling🙂
