As already mentioned before, this is incorrect information as well as poor maintenance of personal boundaries by the trainer. The trainer is demonstrating PNF "hold relax" technique NOT contract relax technique and yes that right hand stays too close to a personal area for too long. Better to use a weight to hold down the left leg if that is necessary for the stretch.
The Trainer needs better proper body mechanics to use her body weight. Also, if you notice her right hand/ free hand is in such a very wrong place...flex you elbow and have that hand off her body...

You're mostly right. However, what she's doing is a contract relax antagonist contract (maybe she meant this).
@@Stephan5916antagonist contraction is okay. but it is isometric man. For contract relax, it should be isotonic type of contraction.

When the client push against force put by coach in that moment which was muscle got contract hams or quads
