It supposed you have to control environment factors when you work with those materials. I suggest use a dessicator and do it as fast as possible. .

It is possible, yes, but using the less weight is the best to be far from the limit. For liquids I would use pippete and a 4 mL vial (vials weighting about 4-5 grams). For solids I would use regular paper (paper weighting ca. 300-900 mg). A 15 mL small round bottomed flask would weight about 15-25 grams
