Sledgehammer Meel & Mace Gada Training

Giving my strength shop Hammers some air time. These are a great and cheaper alternative to using a metal mace. The Meels style swinging is with two 6kg Hammers, The mace style is a 15kg Hammer.

+Pinna Nicola I do have a few clubbells but, do not use them much. I prefer the restorative nature of wooden clubs. This clip was just for a bit of fun.
