I rlly wanna do this to my Subaru that I take to car meets and stuff but everyone I know that had a burble or flame tune blew their motor in less then a year
Those are tunes & can be blamed for multiple reasons like tuner, afrs, timing & maintenance that all play a huge factor. This system does an Ignition cut and dumps all the fuel into your exhaust. It’s the most safe and effective method to get flames/pops. I’ve ran this for about a year and abused my ej255 with absolutely no issues. I have tons of videos of my ej255 shooting flames and staying on rev limiter for 30+ seconds multiple times a day.

Bigger fuel pump,huge front mount intercooler. Downpipe and rest exhaust, big cone filter and remap theres no blow off valve the sound you hear is coming from the air filter and intercooler. The bangs come from Bee R rev limiter
Ok ive been digging inna way its like a 50/50 some ppl say is bad some ppl say its horrible for the motor and it will blow in a couple months in you experience how did it treat u
@@tyrednexhausted9274 ok so couple more questions how long did u run it for did it throw any cels for coils or any cels at all ? in my case i got 07 sti straight piped with elh sounds 👌in my ears and it after fires real hard arnd 4500rpm on decel wouldnt that be almost the same stress on turbo an motor as a ignition cut rev limit the highest rpm i would set it to in my case would be 4500 -5k anything higher wheels jus spin in your opinion do you think it is worth it ? and aslo would u still have any info of how u wired it like did use diodes and tap in the line for the coils themselfs ? Sorry if it look like im Interrogating u 🙏 i juss curious lol
It would make sense that non-turbo cars valves and head take a hit from this, since the turbo kind of keeps a constant pressure in that area. Also if your turbo Hot side is extremely small it could blow your head.
I've got mine all wired in and working got the switch in the hand brake for the second knob. But I only get the odd bang and flame when doing it how come I see so many videos with constant bangs and flames like yours ? What do you have your set on with gain and revs? I've tried all sorts of setting on it.

I'm not sure ive sold the car now ill find out tho and bought a twin turbo Subaru legacy blitzen. Its going single turbo and forged. Not enough cash to get it done yet tho I will do a vid before and after on it
100% is not oem Subaru colour I still have the sti fog light covers that are oem blue from before I changed the bumper and there's a massive difference

For me no problems at all. I've seen them blow peoples exhausts up that's about all.

And also do you let it hit the limiter then feather the throttle or just hold it on limiter and do off or just hold it on ect ?
I rev it let it cut out then just keep tapping accelerator. The exhaust needs to be really hot too

Mine was same I had to dip the clutch whilst moving and redline it. Or put handbrake on 1 click

Definitely just seems to be world rally blue oem respray that was caught in good enough night lighting to show off the purple in the pearl
