- We took a ride to Wittman Field to see the incredible site of hundreds of airplanes coming in by the hour. We saw warbirds like P-51, P-40 and B-25s along with T-38s, F-22s and cool general aviation aircraft. Even the Super Guppy arrived just in time. Beautiful weather and iPhone video. Enjoy!

Thanks for posting. Great stuff. Always wanted to go but things kept getting in the way. Controllers at Wittman Airport are great. Monstrous job but they handle it with ease.
Always so many interesting different aircraft at Oshkosh including all my old favorites. Cessna. Piper. Beechcraft. Mooney. Etc.
Being an air traffic controller here would be like a one legged man in an arse kicking contest
At times all you needed was some Glen Miller music playing in the background, and you would feel like you're back in WWII ETO! Still a good video though, even with the stuff in the way. I envy you for even getting that close! 😡 Keep up the good work 👀👍
That Grumman aircraft is a C-1A Trader, COD aircraft, not an S-2 Tracker sub hunter.

Poorly done. Trees, bushes, fence....etc...find a better video location.

@@szautke You're using what you have and doing us a favor by uploading and making it available. It seems that you're filming from a vantage point that is different from most of the others, maybe from the east or north side of the airport (?), so thanks for the unique perspective. I'm sure Ken will be uploading his contribution any minute now. 🤪
Near the end, not a Cub. However, I forget what it IS called, sorry. Really enjoyed this. Didn’t know that was a relatively public area over there.
