Just completed week 4 of a custom bully juice workout plan I made. (posting it below) Over the month I've gained strength, its visible, I feel like I look a lot more athletic in just one month. This video is the one that kicks my ass completely every time I come to it. To anyone who struggles with it, I still, after a month have to switch to my knees for the push up related exercises by the second half of the video. To anyone else who would to follow this plan, my runs and bike rides would change up depending on weather. I just made an agreement with myself to religiously stick to the bully juice videos, and the cardio I would add in depending on my schedule and a lot of other factors. Also, my strategy in not giving myself a rest day paid off. If you agree to work out every single day no matter what, you don't leave any room for compromising with yourself or putting off working out. I always do them first thing in the morning before I have a chance to make excuses. Hopefully this helps anyone out there trying to kickstart their routine! Day 1 - Friday 20 min upper body 25 min run Day 2 - Saturday 20 min full body 40 min bike ride Day 3 - Sunday 20 min legs Day 4 - Monday 20 min upper body 25 min run Day 5 - Tuesday 10 min triceps and biceps 10 min shoulders 10 min HIIT jumping jacks Day 6 - Wednesday 10 min chest 10 min v cut abs Day 7 - Thursday 20 min full body 25 min run
This showed up in my RUclips queue a few weeks ago. I kept chickening out, finding excuses not to try it. When I finally got my courage up and did it (and survived), it instantly became my favorite workout. I've done it again several times and will keep returning.
Thank you so much for posting this! I am only 14 and kinda skinny, and when I first started this was near impossible. I couldn't even do the first pushup section. I kept with it though, exercising almost every day, eating more and healthier, and around a month later I can do almost all of it except for the close push ups. Thanks so much for helping me stay fit during quarantine!
I love this channel!. This the kind of no BS - to the point videos I like: 20 min workout. Here is the timer, here is the music, do this exercises. I love it.
Being doing this for a good month or so now can feel myself getting stronger- I can go the full time limit on the exercises except the close push which may be due to my form which is what I am working on, when I first started I couldn’t do 30 seconds of push ups without my arms shaking and giving way now I can get all the way through and still do a core exercise after this workout, if there’s anyone like me who looks at these vids and thinks nah it won’t do anything ur wrong as I thought that but still kept at it anyway and I can tell you you will get better at it and you will be able to do the full workout just keep at it and remember progression comes with time. You gotta start now rather than later as later you will still be the same just starting if you start now that later will be another workout you can add to this like cardio, core or legs and as the days go in and time goes by you will see yourself with massive improvement just have commitment! We all believe in you!
Since you have done this for like 1 month and half can you tell me that wether you think this workout affects the chest well? There are 7 total sets of pushups in this workout and they are spread out I find it a bit low because my previous workout had 13 sets of near failure pushups and 2 sets of shoulder pushups (but I wasn’t training the other parts) so I wonder if this workout will be enough to get the chest muscles grow that much. I have done it only for once (I changed the exercise time to 40 seconds and added 5 seconds to the rest time to begin with) and I sweated so much but tbh I didn’t feel like the muscles were that much activated. I am underweight so if this workout causes me to lose weight further and doesn’t add much muscle mass it won’t be good for me. Btw sorry I understand if my reply is long and you don’t have an answer.
Discovered your channel over quarantine, and I've been watching at least one or two videos per day, and am definitely noticing positive changes especially in my upper body. Keep it up, Bully.

For those of you who can’t do regular push-ups do wall push ups on your tip toes without touching the heel when you get used to it move to a lower angle then cross legged push ups after you can do all those 50 times without stopping (take breaks before moving on to do the next 50) you can do regular push ups

First time doing this and with no training in the past year. Very intense. I couldn't even complete 30 sec of push ups lol. But I kept going. Got to 10 mins. Do what you can and never give up! From here I'll try to consistently get better at this. And that's how you make progress. Once completed, focus on form and you will see more gainz! Thank you for the workout man! Keep up the good work.

Lol I just went on the full vid with 5 sc breaks and I also started the first time and I didn't know my tolerence was this much
same honey!!!! haha
These are great, I always have trouble getting motivated but now I'm always like "lemme bust out one of these 20 minute workouts" and they always kill me! You helping me alot with these, thanks man
Been doing this 3 times a week while I haven’t been motivated to go to the gym and definitely been working. I can see a big difference in my chest, getting a nice shape
I was known as the skinny kid all throughout my youth. I tried countless workouts but none could produce results. I have been doing this workout for about a month and I have finally seen the results I have been looking for. Thank you bullyjuice for posting this. 🙏🙏👊
People say HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) doesn't build a lot of muscle but burns fat. Do you do anything more than this or is this workout just more optimal than other types of HIIT?
Yo bro just found this clip. Im skinny as fuhk, does it really help to gain weight?
@@peekmusic_ HIIT targets fat lost though u can gain muscle doing HITT u will be lean with good muscle definition. although this workout is just about gaining optimal muscle growth and strength 4 the upper body though u can lose fat doing this workout but not as much as hitt

Day 1 - Friday

This showed up in my RUclips queue a few weeks ago. I kept chickening out, finding excuses not to try it. When I finally got my courage up and did it (and survived), it instantly became my favorite workout. I've done it again several times and will keep returning.
I thought this man was gonna do a plank during the rest break as a flex while I’m dying
How’s the gainz????
I love this channel!. This the kind of no BS - to the point videos I like: 20 min workout. Here is the timer, here is the music, do this exercises. I love it.
Yes indeed love doing your workouts I’ve always been a fan of working out with no gym equipment 💯
Let’s continue to grind!!💯🙌
BullyJuice yes sir 💪🏾💪🏾
I’ve never been so happy to see ads.
skip em like u usually do.
when i seen arm circles i questioned it then did it and wow... burns so good😂
Discovered your channel over quarantine, and I've been watching at least one or two videos per day, and am definitely noticing positive changes especially in my upper body. Keep it up, Bully.
Second time doing this workout, already noticed a little improvement. Hoping this gets me ready to get back into the gym again!

Crazy thing about him which I respect. He hasn’t charge us a dime for his wisdom. He’s shared stories , workouts , nutritionists information and not once asked to profit from it...
@@scottboys4js you are so correct ,I have been following him from 2019
For those of you who can’t do regular push-ups do wall push ups on your tip toes without touching the heel when you get used to it move to a lower angle then cross legged push ups after you can do all those 50 times without stopping (take breaks before moving on to do the next 50) you can do regular push ups
These workouts are amazing, I actually like how theres not loads of talking, doing this actually has me feeling happy by the end!

I recently decided to try to work out, in a effort to combat my depression and low self esteem. Found this work out and have tried it every other day. I'm not at a point where I can do all the exercises consistently during the time alloted, especially the push ups. But after each workout I feel my mood improve and have a clearer mind. I appreciate you making these videos🙏 Keep up the great work!

First time doing this and with no training in the past year. Very intense. I couldn't even complete 30 sec of push ups lol. But I kept going. Got to 10 mins. Do what you can and never give up!
