Asking them to turn off vehicle is a lawful order. Taking keys without a reasonable suspicion of the person fleeing is not legal or if the seriousness of the traffic stop is for much more serious crimes like pulling someone over that the police got a report of the people in the vehicle were engaged or had engaged in a serious crime. Handcuffs were uncalled for and flipping a coin to decide someone's fate. Issuing the tickets and letting the woman goto work was all the police could do. The second scene is being walked up upon being black. The man is on private property and the business had not complained about him being there. Atleast he is not driving and talking on a cellphone which I see countless cops do yacking on there cellphone while driving. Which is against the law. Loitering is if it is a public place and causing confusion. I can go stand in a state park all alone for hours that's not Loitering. These police were doing what is highly illegal witch is profiling and it looks racist based. They had no cause to bother the man much less ask him for ID and questioning him going around the fact accusing of him in being involved with drugs.
Thats why I always laugh when a badged heathen assumes room temperature

So in the second video, the cops were loitering too.
