The cops said he was standing on private property. But what they don't realize is the private property actually starts at defense. It's not only federal law, but it is state laws that say an area on the side of the road must be open for the public to walk.
Back in the days before cell phones and compact filming devices, those officers would have that guy fuct up after about the first 30 seconds.
