Please make a video on how to deal with controlling parents in India. I am an aspirant.. Age 30..unmarried...struggling to achieve my dreams.. I had long term relationship but it ended cz of my over controlling parents.... My ex is going to get married..... My parents are so controlling... They interfere in every decision of my life... Its like life has to be their way..... I can't go out... I can't fight or cry anymore... Cz these all disturb my preparation... Thanks a lot mam for the wonderful explanation. I have one question first I used to drink milk before going to bed. But I have hyperacidity so I have heard from dr. And my friend that not to have milk and milk products. So I have stop drinking milk . Please help and give suggestion

Namaste Poojaji, consume fennel seeds and ajwain after every meal to avoid acidity. Also, reduce spice in your diet and stay well hydrated.

Till 4 or 5 a. I don't get sleep. Mind gets active And so want to get busy with mobile browsing. What to do to get early to bed. Feel lazy nxt day.
