    You are very right Siim! One of the biggest problems humans have been working on since the beginning of humanity. Have you identified already some effective longevity methods that some cultures developed? I'm sure India and China have methods and fruits and herbs that we are not using because of this blockade that modern science have put against traditional medicine.

Dr. Peter Attia’s new book, "Outlive," is a treasure trove of insights and evidence-based strategies aimed at extending the quality and length of life. It covers a vast array of topics from metabolic health to the impact of sleep and stress on aging. I believe many of the principles in the book align with the discussions here and could further enrich our understanding and conversations around longevity. Would love to hear your thoughts on it!

    how long do you sauna and at what temperature? I understand you try for 4 times a week. Is there a benefit for more than 4 times a week?

    Hi Siim please answer this.. Resting heart rate is when i am sleeping right? I'm around 40 according to Oura but around 70-80 during the day, chilling. Am i alright? 🥰

    If you have myocarditis, it makes it difficult to exercise enough to stay lean. How do you overcome myocarditis?

    1. I'm stunned you use bmi. 40 years ago I was same weght and height. Now I have 40lbs more fat and 40 less muscle. 2. Obese women rarely have osteoporosis as carrying weight is the main stimulate for bone density. The U S. centarians have the identical bad habits as the rest of us. It appears that they live longer due to delayed decline of the immune system, which is genetic. You may want to research longevity of natural body builders. Not good. From a longevity perspective more muscle than you need is negative.

      Lol. You do you. BMI is, good or bad, one of the easy metrics that's available for all large population observational studies. And it is USEFUL. But you're likely not bright enough to grasp the concept.
