whistlen diesels gonna throw track within the first hour guaranteed. his place has a large amount of soft terrain not ideal for armored vehicles, and the way he likes to drive things. that tracks gonna come off.

A cent AVRE I learned to drive one of them in bovington in 92 bloody lovely! Had a runaway engine with a chieftain , it was bogged in a deep pit on bovington area engine bay eventually filled with water until the surface film of oil got sucked into the air filter, Boom!!

I mean artillery and tanks are pretty hard to conceal compared to small arms, and are better for defending a country these days... Second amendment should get with the times! :)
K60G, plumbers nightmare! Spent 3 years working on K60F &G in a Pack repair section. Getting a rebuilt Golf on the run up rig without it leaking from somewhere we as a miracle! The rack sticking in the F.I.P. is nothing new, even the L60 pump does it.
I'm assuming that if you know your way around heavy machinery and you get your hands on a broken down one for cheap its probably not all that difficult.

Yes it is a 12 piston, 6 cylinder, 2 stroke diesel. Sounds great but had reliability problems. Made a lot of, usually unwanted, smoke too. Is it normal for this version nit to have the "smoke box" above the gearbox?
@@MrHewes a mate of mine had a 1971 Bristol RE with no glow plugs. Starting in -3 was interesting and smoky! He now has a 1986 Leyland Tiger with a TL-11 which fucking flies, shit off a shovel! Lovely old bus.

Quite frankly I'd rather live there than here in the states as a military technology enthusiast.

BL L60 Bus Engine put into the Chieftain MBT, it was under so much stress that it always broke down.
