- Homemade Pork Bacon ginawa namin para sa inyo. Ito ang part 1 of 2 na episodes.
Try nyo itong gawin. Pwedeng pang bahay at kainin para pambaon at pwedeng pwede pang negosyo.
INGREDIENTS:
1-2kgs Pork Belly
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Salt
2-3 tbsps Garlic Powder
2-3 tbsps Paprika
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1-2 tbsps Honey
IMPORTANT NOTE:
*Dry up your pork belly
*Remove the pork skin
*Mix all dry ingredients
*Add honey
*Mix all ingredients using your hand/s (use glove if you need to)
*Place mixed ingredients on one side of the pork.
*Put the pork inside the zip lock bag
*Add the remaining ingredients into the pork (opposite side) while inside the zip lock bag.
*Remove air before locking the bag.
*Place on the fridge for 7 days (turning it on the other side down, every other day)
*Wash the pork properly in running water, removing the mixture residues from the pork.
*Properly remove water from pork by patting off with a paper towel or clean cloth.
*Air Dry fro 2 days or more before smoking.
