Haven't watched the vid yet but I have to say you've been absolutely nailing it with objectivity/accuracy of your reviews recently eg. Clash 98 etc, and telling it truthfully instead of just regurgitating marketing hype like many other review channels. Kudos to you. Your credibility is 10/10.
Beautiful British summer weather (kidding lol). I tried the new 2022 ATS 95 and found it to be alright but nothing special, and when compared to Dunop CX or VC95, it gets lost in the shuffle. I appreciate Prince doing innovative things though, the industry is so predictable that they are a breath of fresh air.
Love the review own the 2019 and do love it but do find it a bit hollow feeling at times looking forward to demoing the update to see if its a step forward!
Hey, yep good shout I think the speed line is probably one of the closest. This 310 though would be my choice, like the string pattern. I prefer the speed mp with a bit of weight and a leather grip over the pro for a bit more bite. Would say this plays broadly similar to the speed pro but I much prefer the feel. I think you can rip More spin with this compared to the speed pro too. I think I lucked out with TennisNuts in the UK, they had some stock
Hi Andy, great review. Coming from a 360+ Speed Pro I'm looking for something with easier spin and depth but still low powered and control oriented with a static weight of 310g-315g. Would you say the 100 (310) meets that criteria or it's significantly more powerful than the Speed Pro?
Ended up buying this frame and have been playing with it for a week now. First impressions are that it's powerful and muted more like a Pure Strike than a Speed Pro, but a lot of fun to use. Strung it with Firestorm 1.20mm at 55lb which i think is too lively. Will try 1.30mm next at the same tension as Firestorm has been my string of choice for the past year.
