My motto is always to try make it as doable as possible. It doesn't have to be fancy or look like a recipe book. Motivation is overrated. Keep it simple and be ok with the process. Failure isn't negative if you learn and change from it.

Often when I watch videos I thnink, "Yeah, but try that with kids!" Everything is white and quite. Yours are so full of life, I feel when the camera goes off the same joyfull life goes on.
Your thoughts about real sustainable weight loss seem solid, so I'm working those idea in to my life.

We call them "shopping carts" in my part of the state's but yes! I always try to park near the cart corral. Kids or no kids.😂
Chelsea I’m loving your vids!!! So refreshingly normal!! I cook like that too. Recipes are for inspiration the. I just end up chucking in whatever and you’re so right. The healthy meals HAVE to be as easy to cook as the junk you might fall back into eating instead.

Sweetheart, I've been adding water to my hummus or tahini, and that way I can use probably less than a tablespoon but make it go a LONG way! Just mix it up really well. (In the hummus, I also put about a tablespoon of nutritional yeast. That absorbs a lot of the water, so I add even more water and make so much from so little. Try it!!!)

The forming new habits and changing behavior thing has to be the most misunderstood thing when it comes to weight loss. That’s why the diet and weight loss industry is able to keep making money! They make you think that you can do their program to lose the weight and then you’re good to go, but that’s just not the case! I lost 70+ lbs on Weight Watchers (and no, I’m not older. I’m a millennial 😂🤪) but then I uprooted my life and moved to a new state and slowly the weight crept back on, plus some. Now I’m applying this way of eating and seeing results and I can already tell that it’s going to be sustainable.

I’m in Australia nice and close lol. I buy any veggies on sale and soup is my fav! I’ll chuck in whatever veggies, with herbs, kimchi, or kuchugang and cook it hahah then just add coriander or sprouts on top. Always tastes amazing and I make it diff every time!

Could you do a video of your go-to lunches/dinners? Since the pandemic I'm now permanently work from home and I even though I have my kitchen at home, I still need easy, satisfying meals. I know you're a busy work from home mum and can likely relate. Thanks for your videos

I always try to park as far away from the trollies as possible, also as far away from other cars as possible. This to avoid accidents and scratches.

So glad to see your frozen veggies! I always feel guilty I don’t always buy fresh, but frozen makes it convenient to where I actually eat veggies more often! I have a 3 year old, 1 year old, and newborn, soooo... I’m always looking for quick and convenient lol

youre helping me so much lately wth ideas and recipes and change in mindset too. Ive been trying to lose 4kg forever and now that im 40 I decided that was why but thats not why! my one thing is I definetly need to log calories too becasue isnt it all down to cals in cals out at the end of the day?? You dont seem to watch calories , is it becasue you have reached goal and at that point you pretty much know what you can eat?
I park far away from the door so I have to walk. My grandpa instilled that in me as a kid and I’ve always loved walking. I can see how it wouldn’t really work with kids, especially little ones.
