Love you two ! I am 78, have knit five half and half triangle shawls for each of my five friends whom I have known for at least forty years! Knitting them brought back all those precious memories. What a joy to knit
I enjoy all of your videos. I would be interested in learning more about what you are reading. I find reading and knitting go together. Would also love to see a sweater knit along with some instructional videos along the way.
Beautiful projects! I loooove my Maker’s Board. Best money I’ve spent in a while. I love the Swonchos. I think you’re doing a good job showing what you’re making. Thanks. 💕🌸
Loved spending time watching and seeing all the projects. I was curious how do you decide and choose your yarn for your projects or do find yarn you love and then find the projects.? Thank you for introducing Lamb and Kid, I will need to check them out, the colors are just beautiful 😍
I just loved everything especially the beautiful colors in the Swoncho and the gorgeous sweater on the cover of the Shetland pattern book that Jackie is making. Caitlin looks so good in hats too! 👌🏼

OMG! 5 half and half shawls? I’m on my first nearing the end and I’m ready to pull my hair out. I AM excited to wear it however so I get my ten rows done watching you both, my ledge to the cliff. The yarn IS beautiful, but I have definitely discovered I am not a process knitter. Loving this episode. Thanks!
Hi girlfriends👋🏻 so good to see you again 🥰 so many new tips and inspiration. I loved the Coco Knits magnetic board and the ruler!! What a Wonderful tool for all my chart knitting 🧶
Just found you ladies and subscribed. I am a “ new” southerner in NC. In this episode I especially liked learning about the Norwegian Thimble ( ordered one). In my many years of knitting I’ve never mastered good tension on colorwork, and I always thought that Norwegian knitting was about wrapping yarn around your neck! I look forward to binging on your previous episodes.
This is the first time I have watched your podcast: I love it! I found it through my struggle with the half and half triangle wrap, and your video on german short rows has saved my sanity... I am now totally into it and understand why people love making them. I am using John Arbon DEvonia 4ply: I'm in the UK and they use UK sheep. The swancho is just to die for...and I think that will be on my needles at some point. Totally love the colour combination, and thank you so much for sharing how you play with colour. I have found this a real inspiration. The knit collage jumper is wonderful and has helped me to see how this type of yarn can be used to create something very special. Thank you so much x
Oh my goodness gracious!!! ☺️ Such fun…it’s all so beautiful…and so inspiring, and just when I think I can’t love knitting and beautiful yarns any more than I already do…well, so much for that! Ha! One thing that would be so fun…is to hear you share more about your actual knitting time….your favorite time of day to knit…do you just knit or listen to audiobooks at the same time…drink tea, or coffee…maybe how much time you spend each day knitting? It would just be fun is all….Thanks for sharing all your beautiful knitting inspiration with us. 💗
As always, it is a pleasure spending time with you girls. This was such a gentle and feminine episode... just the energy I needed this evening, thank you. Ivana ❤️
Ok where to start. You both look stunning - swancho and thrift blouse. The drapes in the background matching everything including the collage knit sweater and scarf!! Just so pleasant to watch and listen. Going to go upgrade my metal chart holder to the coco knits one. Thanks for sharing that. So funny, my Norwegian knit thimble is on order.. just a thought Jax, the sweater in progress you tried on - absolutely beautiful you mentioned you may leave off the turtleneck part because of the spring like colors/ I agree with the blouse collar popping out is great Then thinking it looks so awesome the way it is more fitted what if you just did a cap shortsleeve and wear as a little more then a sweater vest because of the little more sleeve. I just think it’s so beautiful as it is. You could wear all spring. Move on to other knits. Then in fall go back and do the sleeves if you wanted. Loved this episode
I don't know if you would enjoy doing this but it's definitely something I would love to see: a video of styling your knits (shawls, sweaters, tops...) and a video about colours, colours pairing and colour pallettes 😊❤️
I live in a small town and it’s so nice to see the different yarns. Also, how about some warm weather patterns and yarns? Thanks ladies, this was another great episode!
Thank you for another wonderful podcast. I love seeing your beautiful projects, but especially like seeing the unusual colours that you mix together. You’ve given me so many ideas!… I love using luxury yarn but also finding creative ways to use budget yarns to a similar effect. I watched a podcast recently where it was recommended that if you struggle to know which colours go together to look at Natalie Lete’s Garden of Dreams book for inspiration. X
Enjoyed this episode of CADY JAX. Question--This is my 2nd year of learning/perfecting garment construction. How have you-2 learned to use a Knit Collage pattern with DK yarn? Love their yarn and want to reknit a pattern in my stash DK.
Your crumble story makes me think you’d love british trifle which is a popular dessert (aka pudding) here. Alcohol soaked cake, custard, fruit, cream.. so good!
Good to see you ladies together again. You knit many beautiful projects. How many hours a day do you spend on knitting? Jackie are all your Half and Half Wraps for you, or have you knit them for others? Ladies, you inspire me!
Jackie, leave some of the ends exposed. Several years ago I made a kaleidoscope wanna-be (because the kits I wanted were sold out, so I made up my own pattern), and I left some of the ends showing as decoration. You piece is beautiful.
I am always AMAZED by all the projects you manage to finish. I would love for you to share "Knowledge Transfer " meaning share tips, tricks, there's so much knitting knowledge between you two. I've knit shawls, hats,ect..except a sweater or wearable . I'm terrified to put in weeks of work and it not fit, don't like it, ect.. What can I do to get over still feeling like a beginner knitter? Or anything that I can become a better knitter.Your projects always look so polished and professional. Thanks!!

I've been ordering ever since. Love seeing the Vair... that one is in my queue but I'm a little nervous about it!
I have a half and half question. I am about 70 wrap stitches away from my first side and I am nearly finished with my third skein. Should I buy another skein of yarn or switch before I finish wrapping all the stitches from the first half?
@@Cadyjaxknits hi, my colors are twig brown and high tide. The problem is that I think I will run out of twig brown before I finish wrapping all of my stitches. So, I think I need a fourth skein. This is hilarious! I was watching another podcast live and they asked what we are doing for valentines and if we knit anything. I commented under the screen and it ended up here at your comments- you probably think I’m a bit random!lol!
Thank you for sharing all your beautiful projects with us! I can only think of one thing to add to your podcast. You mentioned briefly what Sally is working on, but what about Lily? I miss seeing what she is working on….or has plans to work on. Otherwise….I wouldn’t change a thing!
