Repairing a Chunker Texturizer Shear with Teeth that Catch - Can these shears be saved?

I have a pair of chunkers that I sharpened for a dog groomer. I check them with the thin paper and real hair, but when I use furr it folds over and will not cut. What do you suggest that I do to them?

It sounds like you may have inexpensive shears. You may want to upgrade.
