Just another greatly designed and constructed Nordhavn, nothing to see here.. Awesome video, thank you. Nordhavn is in a class of its own when it comes to reliability, safety, and the ease for an owner to operate and conduct basic maintenance along with repairs on the mini-ship.
Imposing, and yet, graceful. Marvelous design, to go along with everything else Nordhavn is renowned for. Just a beautiful lil' ship. Thank you for the upload.
I absolutely love Nordhavn. Wish I could win lottery and buy one. This is the first fresh delivered vessel I've seen (before the final touches are added). Just proves 100% more, how well made they are, and the best looking woodwork around. Keep making perfection Nordhavn. Top vessel - Proper Job. :-)
Looks great. One of the nicest ones I have seen with the amazing Teak and Holly flooring. Never seen one with it pretty much everywhere, but looks amazing. The owners will most deffinately love this one.
Love them! I like the variant with a full bath for the captains birthday...I guess I have to dream N64 or bigger. Now where’s that darn lottery ticket?
James, I do love the quality of the build, fit and finish Nordhavn has for their boats. The N60 is a perfect size, if a number of layout concerns could be addressed. 1) I have severe COPD and Asthma, the lack of walk around side decks adds far to much distance for me to consider any wide body model. 2) Foredeck access would actually fit better with a gate on both port and starboard rather than on the centerline. This would ease movement from the bow to the stern when docking or casting off. 3) I actually find I prefer the interior layout of the Fleming 55 over the N60. By removing the stateroom on the bridge you can bring it's aft bulkhead forward making even more space available on the boat deck. Both the Fleming 55 and N60 are around the same length over all, same beam making the comparison a direct space available comparison. The technical issue is a minor one, I prefer a wet exhaust to a dry stack. I saw one video tour of an Ocean Alexander product where they had one feature I fell in love with. They put the trash compactor so you EMPTY it from the side deck rather than have to haul a bag of trash through the salon. ( no drips, smells wafting through the salon that way ) N60#77, the lack of the visual breaks on the pilothouse windows actually detracts from the look for me.
Looks like they chose to forego the bulbous bow. Curious why one would make that choice. For long distance cruising, isn't the bulbous bow the best option for improving efficiency? Could you share your insights here? Stunningly beautiful yacht. Pretty much the perfect vessel for an adventurous couple. Thanks for sharing!
Barry Goffe, While a bulbous bow does offer better efficiency underway, they have 1 major drawback: They are only effective at their designed speed. A factory bulbous bow would most likely be designed for rated cruising speed, making that the most fuel efficient speed, on some passages you will get a better distance at a lower speed, rendering the bulbous bow ineffective. Here on YT the channel Nick the naval architect has a video titled "I hate bulbous bows" where he explains how they function.
I think In California or along the west coast, sea lions are all over the docks and buckets make a barrier for them so they don't sleep on docks and boats. I assume this is in California or somewhere on west coast.
mike force ....used to seeing that in larger showers cubicles but to install 2 in such a small one...? Just looks ridiculous with one on an angle and the other straight imo.
mike force... that's too true, video doesn't always portray reality. Still looks weird having one shower wand installed vertically and one diagonally though..😏
I never understood why master cabin is not better located, using space from port side to starboard. I'd prefer my cabin with more privacy located ar the biw.
There are stairs (2:33) from the pilot house leading to the guest stateroom. If fact, you could access the master stateroom from either the pilot house or the galley. You can see the standard layout of the N60 here: nordhavn.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/N60-Layout.pdf

I've watched almost all nordhavn videos and have never seen nor heard mentioned anything about propane tanks? Where are they located and what size?

Incredible cruising yacht. Just about the best in my opinion.
The 60 is the perfect size for these boats!..single or double handed operation..without outrageous dock fees!

Great job! This is a beautiful boat. This 60 is my favorite. I really like the enlarged galley and other choices on this one. Someday...someday.
@@markcori I always wondered if there is an access to the space to the right of the stove under the countertop ...
Thank you for sharing, another beautiful vessel by Nordhavn! May the new owners get lots of enjoyment & adventures with it!
Nordhavn yachts, the best there is, beautiful boats, all of them!!
Really love the satin finish. Look so much different than when the owner does a tour.

Simply a gorgeous combination of brawn and beauty! Great view of this hull #77, one I'd be proud to own as well.
What a piece of fine art.

You can fix all of these issues if you have the money for Nordhavn to build you a yacht. No two nordhavns are alike.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful boat, one of my favorites but boy so many ads was really distracting.
Just Awesome It's my dream ship perfect size for cruising the world
Nice boat. World be perfect for plying the coastal ways of the Pacific NorthwestWest.
Very awesome Sadly i can only dream of ever being able to affort this😂 Nice vid i love nordhavn!

Eric Milchak Was gonna say buy some xrp please
Amazing amenities and thought throughout the vessel. Can I order mine with a black ceiling in the pilothouse?

We don't offer a bulbous bow on the N60 - happy to reply to any questions james.leishman@nordhavn.com

not a big fan of the fish eye camera but great boat
Why is the 60 so popular compared to all the other boats Nordhavn builds?
A big boat. All that room.
But just 2 cabins ? A 3rd would be nice.
Thanks Paulo - the N60 model is standard with three staterooms and can have four. See this link for more info: nordhavn.com/models/n60/
@@jamesleishman9082 thankyou
If my dad was rich I would've bought this boat yesterday:-)))))
OMG the only thing that was like “Fingernails on a chalkboard “was your damn shoes hitting the deck..Seriously?? 😳
Nice Nordie
How long does it take from order to delivery?
So Beautiful !
It's like my dream boat.
Does the enlarged galley eat into the salon space or into the master stateroom?
No - happy to chat 949.310.3660
In 15 or 20 years when it comes up for sale let me know. :)
It will probably be like 800-900k by then lol.
Beautiful boat! Quick question, all the bucket?
With no window mullions how do you run the electrical wiring to the dashboard?
What is the PRice ?
What does commissioning entail
What's the deal with all the buckets on the dock?
I think In California or along the west coast, sea lions are all over the docks and buckets make a barrier for them so they don't sleep on docks and boats. I assume this is in California or somewhere on west coast.
And the carried interest loophole remains.
@@markcori look up top marginal tax rates when we had a functioning middle income group. Or you know we can just go full Mexico.

At the bow
The owner specified this layout. You will never find a Nordhavn that's the same as another Nordhavn.
Is there another entrance to the vip room or is it through the owners bedroom only... Beautiful ...

They are located in the aft bullwark.... I don't know the different sizes of american Propane Bottles. Seems to like 10 to 12 Kilograms.
@@raimunderdwiens1502 We have 5, 10, 20 and 25lb for the small tank sizes in North America

…only 2 births on a 60 footer will have abysmal resale value.
Way to much wood making it very dark. Nope not for me. And look small.
