Nice one, thank you for the how to play. I recommend that you put how to play in the title as it does not appear in the search on youtube. I found it through bgg because all the videos of the how to play were not that detailed as yours. Also for the people watching this, i would recommend to increase the watch speed, it will save you some time and its still super watchable...
in the action phase, does it go player 1 worker placement, player 2 worker placement, player 3 worker placement, player 4 worker placement etc. around and around the table until all workers decide to withdraw, or does player 1 place all of his workers until he decides to withdraw, then player 2 does the same, then player 3, then 4?
It's the first way you stated. Each player plays worker(s) into an action space or withdraws. Workers may also be placed in Sponsorship or Marketing in the same turn but those aren't considered action phases.
