Ehh youd be suporised in certain neighborhoods in the us some people get really fuckin scared for no reason when someone comes into their neighborhood they havent seen before. Ive gotten the cops called on me because I was walking to a friends house a neighborhood away from where ive lived my whole life because i looked "suspicious"
I once had a cop pull up beside me and asked for my ID because it matched the description of a suspect. I gave them my ID and complied because I have no criminal record and was in no hurry to get anywhere. The cop was nice probably because I was nice and said that she stopped me because the person they were looking for had a hat and backpack on, which I also had. Pretty much everyone that day was wearing a hat because it was winter and a good percentage of people have backpack. I just laughed at her and said good luck and continued on my way.

Some years ago I was stipped in my car with a bullshit reason that 'many cars were being stolen in that area at that time of night. I'd lived in that area for several years and knew it was a lie. Much as it sucks, it's totally believable that the last guy got pulled over for "suspicious activity", tons of people in suburbia call the cops cause someone they don't like the look of is in their perfect little neighborhood. I got pulled over for the same shit while riding around my friends neighborhood helping him look for his dog, cop was mad chill though, even helped us look around for a bit until he reviewed a call he had to respond too.

I am happy with the new video recording technology out there and that a large percentage of the population has cameras on at all times. There are a lot of corrupt police out there and cameras help to keep them in check.
EliteN00b Depends on the area you get stopped in, what you're driving, how you're acting ect. I've been pulled over many times. Cops were always nice, always got a reduced ticket or no ticket at all. But it also depends on the mood of the cop. You never know what call he had to go to before pulling you over.

That first video... Really? In my country (Switzerland) when you get caught running a red light only 0,3 sec too late, you need to pay 240 USD. The later you run the red light, the more you need to pay. Maybe you loose your drivers licence too.
