I have some exciting news to share…WE MOVED!! Dom and I have been saving up for a new house, and we fell in love with this 1970s house last summer that we have been slowly renovating and moving into.
I love to keep dumplings and potstickers in my freezer, so I thought it would be perfect to show you all my favourite types of dumplings and potstickers and how I store them! Today I’m making Hand Chopped Chicken Dumplings, the Classic Chive and Pork Dumplings, and my family’s Beef Potstickers.

I need to make all of these, they look so good! 🥟🥟🥟 And yes for a house tour video that would be fun :) I'd love to see grocery shopping videos and meal prep too. (PS: I really love the four season scallion sauce, and shallot oil - I've been using them a lot this past week! And both types of noodles are fab, I love the texture of both, but maybe the hand cut a little more because of the wider surface to hold onto the sauce. I can't wait for restock! :) )
