I made dumplings a while back. I watch a few videos and got a bit from each recipe and changed it around according to my taste and it turned out great. But I didn’t note down the ingredients and measurements that I used.😢 Now I have to go back to many dumpling videos and try it all over again.

I made these for tonight’s dinner. I made with the recipe you worked through, except I used 1/2 ground chicken and half ground pork, because that is what I had. It was delicious and my family loved them. One note: I used one of the new Nonstick Always Pans that you see all over. With those types of pans you only need a few tablespoons of water. I used the mentioned 1/2 cup and I made soup and the potstickers 🥟 fell apart. Oops. Still delicious. By the third batch I had it down. 1T rice oil (it’s what I had available), brown the bottoms 2 minutes, add 3 T of water, lower heat, put lid on and 5 minutes later you have fully cooked, crispy bottom potstickers 🥟👍🏽

I am starting to explore Asian flavors, event hough I am scared...lol...and this channel makes it seem simple, especially since all of my cooking style is Italian based.
