  • I wanted to resurrect my twenty-five year old Scuba Dive knife and get the rust off of it, but how?
Smurf'n the Tube I came across a quick video using vinegar. So why not try it, what have I got to loose...right?
well check out this video and see what happens!
My knife is a WENOKA Blackie Collins special addition, etched with the Blackie Collins name.
Walter Wells "Blackie" Collins (1939 - July 20, 2011) was an American knife maker who designed and popularized the assisted opening mechanism and various automatic knife designs within the art of knifemaking.
He is cited by other knifemakers and collectors as one of the most innovative knife designers in the world and was an author and the founder of what became Blade Magazine.
Collins died July 20, 2011 in a motorcycle accident near North, South Carolina.

Great video! The little captions with the history are nice, but could be left up for a few more seconds each for a bit more reading time. Keep up the great work!
