It is perfect for him. I agree. Strangely, his voice is also the voice for many inquisitors as well and they're pretty similar.
ABP doesn't have a ton of voices for these audiobooks, but they're all excellent.

Dude, love your stuff. As much as SuperAnchors is the voice of Dorn and Zegram is Magnus, your voice is perfect for Fabius Bile. Just the right amount of gravel and refinement to reflect Bile himself.
