1954 Oldsmobile parked 20 years ago, will it RUN AND DRIVE??

So Mr. Vintage bought a car. This 1954 Oldsmobile has been in the same barn for the last 20 years, save for a month it was pushed out side last fall to get other cars out of the building after the passing of the owner? Can we get it running and drive it home?
