I was thinking about using a clay bar first. We just didn’t have time lol But for the most part, the top coat cleaned off almost everything a clay bar would. The paint felt clay bar smooth 👌🏻
This test is incomplete therefore it is worthless. To complete the test. You need to show the vehicle with the f11 side versus non-side after several days or weeks of driving. This drive time also needs to include driving in wet conditions on the highways. The dirty mist that’s created on said highways will make a vehicle very dirty, very quickly and put f11 to the test.
It cleans very well, pulls grime off like a clay bar would, and looks as good or better than a wax on the paint. But the real test is after the trucks get driven for a while. I’m working on that video, I hope to have it out tomorrow.
As someone who uses spray wax and paste wax, I can honestly say that this stuff is a little different. Wax is more work, and more particular. The biggest benefit of f11 is the fact that it can be used as light cleaning agent at the same time as “waxing”. I used it personally just recently while getting ready for a car show last minute. It worked fantastic 👌🏻
The way we understood it, that’s probably the best and most common way to use it. That’s what we did. It can be used as an independent cleaner, but if you don’t get mud and grime off first then the mud and grime will probably micro-scratch the paint.
Not really. It just makes the paint smooth and clean. Gives it a more glossy look, just due to it being so clean and coated. it doesn’t add pearl to the white.
