    For quick reference, the apps I mentioned were: MindShift- tons of useful info and tools for working through anxiety, Waking Up by Sam Harris - the free version has a great series of guided meditations that are especially great for people who haven’t meditated or who have struggled with it in the past, Insight Timer - a free app with tons of guided meditations, music, ambient sounds etc. This app has something for everyone!
