2-4 tablespoons of flour.
Salt.
sunflower oil (for frying).
ginger sauce:
3 tablespoons sour cream.
A small piece of ginger.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Salt.
black pepper.
