I Just Love PARIS. There is Something about Paris that is indescribable. There is No Word to describe its majesty.
Most people will speak in generalities about Paris: its beauty, its historicity, its dynamic life. An artist is able to analyze further. The visual aspect of Paris is a multi-layered, multi-scale masterpiece of composition and perfect proportions. Everything has been carefully designed to "fit" together into a complex unity that shows an innate artistry. Signage is carefully made. It is not amateurish like the signage you will find in American cities, where comprehensive intention is lacking in the act of creation. Paris is design, which in fact is designation. This also includes the way people setup outdoor markets, where configurations are always changing. Architecture, street furniture, environmental signage, graphics, urban design -- all come together to make the city a work of art.

Will never ever forget my time in gorgeous Paris 50 years ago. No selfies then! Favorite thing, of course was going up the iconic Eiffel Tower and having crepe suzettes on the second level! Still have photos taken from the elevator going up and down the tower! Second best thing was the Bateau Mouche on the river Seine at night seeing Paris all lit up bejeweled! Paris is like a bubbling glass of Champagne! And at the time so clean one could eat off the street! The metro then was gleaming brass and super clean with works of art encased in glass in the tiled walls! I was an art student then as the same time as a professional fashion illustrator in NYC so sitting at the famous side walk cafes people watching/fashion watching was another thrill! Unfortunately, didn't get to the famous Moulin Rouge or Pere Lachaise cemetery though my daughter did! Merci beaucoup for sharing though that repetitive music can get to one! lol J'aime Paris!! Viva la France!!!

Paris is wonderful, just try to avoid Hotel Westminster Paris. I booked their Deluxe 25m room and received 11,8m room (N. 114) with dirty bathroom instead. France....In any other country this would be unimaginable, but at Hotel Westminster Paris it is a norm. Bait and switch without apologies or price reduction for a room less than half a size of what is advertised. By the way they have free WiFi up to 5MB, so you can upload 4 pictures from your phone then you have to pay 19.99 for every additional 20MB. That is at 4 star hotel....Pathetic, they don't deserve two stars. That is another way their management openly lies to their customers in order to pick their pockets. You have been warned dear travelers.

I stayed there for three months. Paris is ok, people are a bit uptight , the white parisians are full of themselves and not much fun. The food is excellent, the clothes is excellent, the ganja is crap, the hash is superb, overall it was good but i wouldnt say omg its the most amazing city in the world
