Installed this in my Jeep and some gauges, like Battery, eng load calc, and baro say "off". Other gauges work well. Only way to recover is disconnect the battery. Then it works for a week or so and issue returns.
I installed heigh10 last November and today it went black and won’t power on. I sat on the phone waiting but no answer. I put my number in so they could call me back. Never did.
Mondays in tech can be pretty crazy sometimes. Be sure to give them a call or request a callback when you are in the vehicle with access to the wiring in the dash so that they are able to help you get to the bottom of it. Today is much calmer over there right now. Give them a ring.
If the CH1AJKIT full integration upgrade is being installed with an STH10JK package (floating style option) in a 2011-18 Wrangler JK, you will simply use the prewired harness that comes with the CH1AJKIT upgrade. The crimping that is shown in the STH10JK video is the harness that it is initially packaged with, that will be replaced with the CH1AJKIT components.
Install a similar stereo and the vehicle data is read and reflected for a few minutes on the screen and then the application has it. can you help me with the problem?

We don’t support wireless CarPlay and Android Auto because it sacrifices sound quality.

Just installed mine today and it doesn’t have the off road option. That’s the main reason I bought this kit. Any ideas?

Can you tell me if the functionality is unaffected by the use of a throttle controller such as Pedal Commander or HikeIt?
I saw other video with floating screen showed wiring harness crimp together any reason for this? I am planning to do floating screen I like the looks.
