Robert, really enjoyed meeting you, your son, Cruiseman, and Don. I plan to be there next Sunday at 7am. Ride safe.
Does my heart good to see father and son moments. Memories that last forever. God bless my friend.
@@GoldRyderOne agree !! Thank you for watching Mac.
Enjoy those father / son bonding moments... I miss those with my dad... Ride safe my biker brother..
Ed thank you for the kind words !!
We dads need to enjoy every min with our kids... Mine lives out of state plus has PTSD and OCD from being wounded from his first of two tours in Iraq 2004. I am thankful for each min we spend together. Ride safe
@@DonKruse.Wing-Rider agree Don. I have another that lives out of state as well. Thanks to your son for his service 🙏🏻
What a beautiful and heartwarming video! It’s truly inspiring to see the special bond you share with your son. Taking him on a motorcycle ride to breakfast with your friends is such a wonderful way to create lasting memories. Thank you for sharing this touching moment with us. Your love and dedication as a father shine through, and it’s a reminder of the importance of cherishing every moment with our loved ones.
Tom, so very kind of you. Thank you for watching, commenting and support the channel. And thanks for the friendship.
Very nice to see you and your son out for a ride. Priceless and memorable.
@@MarksGarage17 thank you Mark !
Robert is was so cool to see your Son on the back of your bike. Some moments last forever and that just might be the one. Thanks for sharing your video and I hope you had a special weekend.
Thank you Larry !
Looks like you had a fantastic weekend! Awesome early morning footage as well! Enjoyed the video!!
@@GreenMod1 thank you 🙏🏻
I know your son cherishes your time, love & affection Robert. 🙏🏻 You reminded me of the preeminent ballet dancer of the 70’s & 80’s Mikhail Baryshnikov stepping up and over your Gold Wing to park it in the garage. Nice leg work. 😂 BTW. My neighbor Golden Cruise, you know of him, is Tennessee bound to pick up his, new to him, Pearl White DCT Tour Gold Wing. Quite possibly a story to be told in some future R. White Moto video production. Depending on when he gets back next Sat, he might join us the following morning’s Sun’s Cruiseman’s Breakfast fellowship. As well. If Tom’s schedule allows, we’ll see ya’ll there too. Build it, they will come”. Gold Wing Field of Dreams! Thank you for your content & friendship. Have a great week Robert!
The Golden Cruise story is awesome and worth telling for sure. So happy that all worked out. Now, comparing an over weight, out of shape, old guy to Mikhail Baryshnikov is the "Ultimate Stretch" (pun intended). These breakfast meetings most important and valuable feature is learning. Listening to peoples "Story", and not just motorcycle journey related. In this world of 3 second attention spans and scrolling past life.. to slow down, look up, connect and share a smile... might be the most important and valuable gift we can exchange.
@@robertwhitemoto
Are you kidding. You boarded that larger touring motorcycle like a Motor Patrol officer! And …You are so right Robert. Meaningful communication is largely lost with today’s quick easy methods of emails & smart phones. It’s what makes these face to face Breakfast meetings so special and enriching. Including any ride meet-ups as well. More in 24!
Nice video, and I learned something new. I used to think riding in the rain counted as washing the bike.
@@SteveGL1800D well you have a point :-)
I’m sure you already know this, but when riding in the heat always drink lots of water not coffee or anything with caffeine such as “Red Bull “. As you dehydrate the wind will dry the sweat and you won’t notice it until too late. I once spent 45 minutes sitting in a beer cave trying to cool down. A learning experience for me
Vic thank you for the reminder... I am a big water drinker :) learned from my youth working in the summers with a lawn maintenance company.. water water water :)
Praying for your son condition, Jesus will always protect you and your family my friend 🙏🏿
Herman thank you so much !! 🙏🏻
Get that boy a Sena too!! Love it. My boys absolutely love to ride with me.
@@lovetoflylovetofly3843 well Kevin, he doesn’t ride enough to warrant the upgrade, nor does his mother want him to.
I need to give my Wing a bath, polish out a few scuffs and give it a fresh ceramic coating. It's starting to get a bug rug.
@@wingingit9493 Cruiseman is about to put out another video on the ceramic coating… I’m need to do that too !! Thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Thanks for the video and hope your son enjoyed the ride to and from the restaurant. I looked at the Quadlock dongle and the first comment was it kept disconnecting. My Carlink certainly has its issues and this is the third different manufacturer I’ve tried and they all seem to be a problem. I think the issue is with the Goldwing old Bluetooth system. By the way the audio sounds good. Have a good week.
James thank you so much !! He did like the ride and was not scared... that brought a smile to dad's face :)
@@robertwhitemoto
Sorry Robert I went back into my comment and added some more information. Just FYI.
@@jameshales6958 Not sure what that person's issue was, but I've had good luck with it... at least on these half hour rides... time will tell.
Glad to see you got out today, and that your son enjoyed the ride. I haven't given up on the Carlinkit yet BUT, between the X wife and the Carlinkit, the frustration is a toss up. LOL😀
I too are having major issues with Carlinkit. Can't get it to fully connect.
I don't mess with anything that has anything to do with the Bluetooth on our Wing. Going back to a Bluetooth version that was obsolete in 2007 is useless.
@@kidi8124lunch the Quad lock seems to be working well for now.
@@wingingit9493 another area Honda could easily improve on.
@@robertwhitemoto might have to try that if I give up on the Carlinkit
Also, soak your shirt a little bit, makes it like a swamp cooler for about 30 min.
@@lovetoflylovetofly3843 great idea !!
What gloves are you currently using for summer riding?
Steve they are KLIM, I’ll get you the model this evening. I don’t remember.
Thanks
@@ssimp0625 Steve I did not see a model name or number on them, but they are KLIM summer gloves (with small holes for air flow).
Thanks!
@@ssimp0625 I found my receipt… they are Klim Induction Gloves 👍🏻
Hi robert Wow, you are close to each other, and I mean Cruiseman, for breakfast every week. greetings from Poland.marek👍🤞
Well and Don Smith too… it’s become kind of an old man routine 😃
