    How big can you make these before you get sag from the frame material? I have a few window that are 6'x13' (yes, 6 foot by 13 foot).

      That is a very large window and while it's technically possible to make a screen that large, it's very difficult to make one that has tight enough screen without bowing in the sides. You can add several crossbars to the screen to help prevent the sides bowing in. Good luck!

    You don't put solar screens on a vinyl window unless you want to void the warranty..

      Great point Bryan. But I believe it's the drilling holes in the vinyl that voids the warranty. Putting a solar screen on the window without altering the window shouldn't void the warranty. That's why at SolarScreenOutlet.com we have multiple ways to mount solar screens to windows. Casement clips is the most popular, but it's not the only way and often not the best way to mount them.
