Cool,, full mask = no glass in the eyes or lungs 😖🤪.
Did you get the fillets to "hang on" better with peelply?
    R24-25mm fillets = stroooong 👍‍‍👍‍‍!
Do you give it a rub with sandpaper/grinder before applying the fillets? Veeeeery important!
I know its 24ish feet long but how wide is the cat?
In Sweden we usually build "smaller" boats 2,49meter/8,27feet, cus your allowed to trailer widths up to 2,5m without any special permits.
3meter is allowed with special "wide transport" signs, but over 3meter you have to have leading and following car with rotating warning lights on top and signs etc.
    Expensive stuff,, 😬.
The "buzzing tool" is called Multi-Cutter over here in Europe, and I think that FEIN who was the first company to make them/invented them, gave them that name.
If you buy a Makita, Hilti, DeWalt, Bosch, etc, they also call them MultiCutters.
Sooo cool to watch the progress 🤩🥰!
    Well managed doggies,, ❤️❤️!
As always, thank you for sharing, cheers, huge hugs and much luv,, 🍻🍻😎👍‍‍👍‍‍❣️

We actually didn’t get the fillets to hang on better with peel ply! I think we’re just going to have to deal with it! We are going to post a short video on the boat we’re building this week!! Cheers. Happy holidays😁

We have been laying the fillets and glassing over them while wet in most cases. When fillets are done in advance the peel ply does help. Thank you for the tip.
Our cat is 25’ or 7.62m long and is 8’2” or 2.49m wide. Maximum width on roads here is 8’6” or 2.59m without any special permits. Thanks for following along our journey 😊

Absolutely never throw away your off cuts. Can always use them somewhere else.

Go for a veneer, resin is such fad and crap. keep well and stay safe. Best wishes from the UK.

We will be using a lot of wood on the interior and may want to break it up a bit. I agree about the resin pour is a fad for now, but resin pours can have many faces to include marbling and different textures. Only time will tell at this point. Be sure to stay tuned for the ultimate decision. 😊
