I read the lyrics and in a moment realised how less we have of this currency called ‘Time’. Immediately booked a couple of concert tickets with him for a Bryan Adam’s concert day after tomorrow (he’s a big fan of Adam’s and he introduced me to English music via his songs). About to turn 20, crazy even typing it out….feel like I’ve wasted so much. Thinking it’d take forever to be an adult, but the years went in a blink of an eye. I know there’s more to look forward to, but I can’t get back what i threw away, horrible feeling.

For some reason, this song takes me back to childhood. I picture myself walking down the street on a sunny but brisk day . I don't remember ever hearing this song as a child- Money is the only song from this record that got top 40 airplay in the U.S - my first memory of hearing this was as a teen in the 80s. But hearing it takes me back to being 7 or 8 years old.
