And guess what? First TDM and i get aimboter in enemy team, perfect mg, lg and rail, 25 frags in 3 minutes. I quit and started another one and i got aimboter again but he was in my team this time. Alt+f4 - Uninstall. Bethesda is like king Midas but anything they touch becomes shit not gold.
I say for cheaters you'd need to deny LG and rail ..... and maintain map control by denying those weapons. They really wouldn't care about item timing power ups so, can use that to your advantage. Can also try barely peeking at corners so they mis-time their aimbot rails and you fire back during their reload time. Oh and if they have LG, keep the distance.
Would be a different story in Quake2 where the goal in a duel is to lock down the hitscan weapons while you can hear every his move across the map. The cheaters couldn't stand a chance to a guy who had at least 5-8 years experience in Q2. Yes, they were wallhacking and aimboting but playing with blaster cheats didn't help

If this is a hacker, there are tons of hackers on QC at the moment summer 2023. Tons of people online with perfect aim, and I mean perfect. Alot better than what this hacker had.
I get accused of cheating every other day. I don't cheat and have only 1100 SR (silver tier). People can't believe that I beat them because Of my style - I my aim is shit but I have good strategy, position and time items well- . Toxicity level is much higher now in QC than it ever was in QL I have twice the amount of people on my ignore list than I do on my friends list.
I have more of a problem with WallHackRader than the aimbot that the BOTs seem to use. I believe CYPHER tends to favor risky behavior such as TB2LG falls, but when it's too convenient for that, Hacker uses LGs.
like in case you pop visors wallhack and see the other player react to your silent movement behind the wall aiming at you..... and like unreasonable aim which even improves when they are losing a bit. Having high LG aim is easy if your enemy isn't very good, like he goes up on a jump pad mid fight, than you can hit easily 40+% but in regular combat when your enemy wins every fight with some hitscan weapon and got like 3k damage with LG and 40+ accuracy and otherwise he got like bad movement, no strafe jumping..... you know, it does not add up

QC is full of cheaters. Even on low elo. You know if you mess up and get fragged or your opponent just overpowers you with his cheat. Most of the times if they start loosing their performance boost gets more obvious. I bet 70-80% cheaters in duel.
i only saw 1 proper hacker ... QC doesn't have lot of hackers.. and i gotta say when you meet a good player they look like they are hacking but they aren't. they know where you go, their reaction time is crazy and aim is insane, but thats all because you are predictable...

Yep so I mostly always play for fun. Unless your attending live events on closed lan servers you never know what your gonna get in online matches.
