A challenging class, but I got enough of a workout with the vinyasas that I didn't feel too guilty skipping the advanced compass pose, its super advanced add-ons, and the scary move for getting out of dolphin. ;) Thanks to Lesley for enduring the soot so her students would have a beautiful landscape to enjoy.

I remember you saying that before. I'm just south of Melbourne, but you could pretty much call it "Melbourne" since those towns all seem to string along together. It is a nice area though if you don't mind the heat! I say come anywhere between November and April for a nice beach workout when the weather is nicer! ;)

I'd love for you to come and visit Scotland, that would be awesome! I love your practices and I'm a strong beginner but still did this practice. You're so considerate in the way you teach. There's so many great yogis on RUclips, I watch yourself and 4 others. While I love my yoga teacher I've learned so much this summer and can do postures with a lot more ease because I've been practicing at home and doing more yin and restorative practices. Which has really improved my flexibility, I've gone from hating seated forward bend to being able to grab my feet!! I have a spinal condition and a lot of tightness in my lower back but I always start with a couple of sun and moon salutations no matter what practice I'm doing. Wow, I absolutely loved this. It was true to it's title - a total body stretch because my whole body feels amazing. I think I'm walking the line between beginner and intermediate, and even though I couldn't do the clockwork lift poses I could everything else and manage to keep up! Which made me really happy. I felt the sweat coming down and could appreciate it. Thanks so much for the practice

Very refreshing stretch work mixed with fast-paced vinyasa work is my favorite. Adding in more moments of practicing the arm balances would be much appreciated too!

One of my core intentions has become to honour you, dear Lesley. To honour what you have created in this world and inside my own being. I feel dread and the bottomless hole which is loss when I face the reality of never being able to practice with you in person - to feel your amazing presence and energy revolve around my body. To never having a retreat with you for time has just recently run out. Will I feel better after posting a comment under one of your videos to which I dare to come back to, reminiscing in the echo of your voice? I hope so but moreover I can still find peace in doing my practice together with you. You will be missed. You are the best online yoga teacher I have found and I love love LOVE the way you choose perfect quotes to end the class and remind us to have "clear and loving thoughts, intentions and communications". I can always find a class from you that is challenging but still rewarding due to your positive encouragement throughout it and little reminders - I remember one where there was a tricky move and you made me laugh out loud at my own silliness by saying "remember, if you can't do it, you're still a good person!" 😉 I live in Bangkok and I would love to see you in Thailand soon! Unfortunately my situation at the moment means I can't afford Yoga classes as often as I would like, so your channel is such a generous and wonderful thing for me. Even if it were just one class with you I'd love to have you here in Bangkok and even show you around and be a free tour guide and host. Hello lovely Leslie and happy belated birthday! I have been meaning for a while to say how much you support me every time I do one of your yoga practices. You are the best online yoga teacher I have found and I love love LOVE the way you choose perfect quotes to end the class and remind us to have "clear and loving thoughts, intentions and communications". I can always find a class from you that is challenging but still rewarding due to your positive encouragement throughout it and little reminders - I remember one where there was a tricky move and you made me laugh out loud at my own silliness by saying "remember, if you can't do it, you're still a good person!" 😉
I live in Bangkok and I would love to see you in Thailand soon! Unfortunately my situation at the moment means I can't afford Yoga classes as often as I would like, so your channel is such a generous and wonderful thing for me. Even if it were just one class with you I'd love to have you here in Bangkok and even show you around and be a free tour guide and host.
