Well it's hard to say at the moment, most of the team members moved on, hard to find people to play the roles and life gets in the way. If it wasn't for the saved files in emails, this episode wouldn't of happen. Also with current system is another reason for production taking forever. So far as another episode happening I wouldn't get hopes up at this time. and what is Itália ?
Actually Goku didn't have Ultra Instinct yet at the time episode 1 of Frieza's wish was made. Also since Frieza's wish was originally intended to be a whole movie and not a 3 part series, the script for episodes 2 and 3 were already done as well. So its more like SS3 + Blue + Mystic + Instant transmission in a sense
